Note: one of my chronicles has an item on it, wand of crafter's fortune (10 charges, 150 gp, limit 1). I will be purchasing this and using one charge on it for this Day Job roll.

Day Job (Craft(Clothing)): 1d20 + 14 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 14 + 5 = 32

Please note this job roll on my sheet, but not in the gold reward section, because I am adding it to my Investment box on the faction journal card.

Would you consider the arrangement we made with the two creatures in the library to be "resolv[ing] a combat encounter nonviolently through diplomacy, trickery, bribery, etc." as per the Faction Journal Goal card?

Sorry guys - I have been having one tech device after another fail - it's been a very frustrating week. The Universe has decided that since I'm moving, it's time for everything I own to break. I'm currently borrowing someone else's computer in order to check up on online stuff, and I'm going through terrifying internet withdrawal.

Seems like we did fine otherwise though.

It should probably be noted that Sir Hops-A-Lot died, since I now lose some abilities with my new mount until I level.

You won't be able to learn Cat's Grace or Jump as they're from the patron only, and don't appear on the normal witch list, I believe.

Oh yes! Almost forgot.

Boon Rolls:
GM: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Jani: 1d20 ⇒ 5
Prig: 1d20 ⇒ 3
Salubri: 1d20 ⇒ 3
Rowanna: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Wayreth: 1d20 ⇒ 20

Wow! Last pbp game event, I rolled three 1s and none of them were mine. This time I roll three 20s, and I finally get one!

Wayreth and Rowanna, I'll send you private messages about the boons. Please reply to the PM with a boon of your choice so I can report the game.

I also spent 4 PP on healing.

Thank you for running. I found the story, of there really was one, very difficult to follow. But, I also think that was a combination of it just being a special, and also not being able to see a lot of the Overseer posts until later on, and not a DM fault.

Again, not anyone's fault, but so many poor rolls (and this is for every single game I'm in) since deploying also really made me feel very ineffective, which was annoying a lot of the time.

Most of the overall story was revealed through the overseer posts, I reckon. What I got was that we were at some grand party, then the aspis jumped in when we Marcos Farabellus was giving some speech, and then monsters from the Hao Jin Tapestry and aspis agents were everywhere. Then as we contained the threat, the higher-ups pieced together what was happening and fed the info back to us (through overseer announcements).

We found out that the monsters had been tricked into allying with the aspis and attacking the Pathfinders, though some of the monsters probably didn't care. We found out that Zey was murdered and the sky key stolen, but the Pathfinders managed to close the portal from the Hao Jin tapestry and recover the Sky Key. From the looks of it, we whooped butt in the process too.

Still not sure how the floating tower fit into all of that though.

The tower was because of the aspis trying to do dumb things with the sky key and not really knowing what they were doing. The agents you killed in the tower were actually trapped there, but you needed to defeat them because they had the sky key up there.

Any word on those Chronicles?

My apologies. Between being sick last week and trying to get everything ready for Christmas for the family, I've been a little pressed for time. I will get them done before Christmas at the latest though.

Reporting has been done.

I received my chronicle sheet with no issues. Thank you for GMing the Special for us, you did a great job of keeping things moving and rolling with whatever surprises happened along the way.

Thanks, this was tremendously fun! Was the encounter we ended on the last encounter or would there have been one or more additional?

Excellent - thanks for running the game! Sorry again about computer issues fouling up the end there for me.

And thanks everyone for participating - you guys were fun to play with and put up with Prig relatively well. (Especially since thanks to PbP it was easier to come up with his comments, so you got a slightly more pontificating Prig than normal.)
