Sareptha manages to hit the skeleton straight through in the ribcage, unfortunately it's straight through as the tip of her spear glances of a rib and continues through empty space. (doesn't confirm, less damage due to no being blunt damage)
Gwintyr fires an arrow but it follows the same path at Sareptha's spear without first hitting one of the ribs (doesn't hit ac)
Babou then attack and manages to tear through the remaining bones still left on the burning skeleton as it explodes all over the tiger and Belka
Fire damage Belka and Babou: 1d6 ⇒ 1 Reflex save DC 11 for half damage
Out of combat
Summary for Belka's damage: 5 normal damage + 3 fire damage, 1 fire damage. And twice; 1 fire damage with a reflex save DC for half (which only matters in case you have evasion,. otherwise it's just 1 (times 2) damage) - so most likely 11 damage for Belka
The skeletons have no treasure other then the 4 short sword carried by the 4-armed skeleton.
Belka |
Belka sheathes her mace and picks up her greataxe. "They scorch a bit but are easy to kill after all" the Kellid says while looking at the remains of bones on the floor. She then hands her wand of cure light wounds to Sarephta (or someone else who can use it) so that she can be healed.

"Well done, everyone," Sarephta says as the skeletons fall and their magic dissipates.
Good riddance...I will always despise the undead...for what they did to my sisters.
She looks around the room for anything of value.
perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15
"Let's try this door to the north," she suggests.
Revvy Bitterleaf |
Sareptha doesn't find anything of value inside the room (other then the previously mentioned 4 short swords)
Opening the door in this room you look into the next room to see:
Sumptuous hanging silks, plush cushions, and patterned rugs decorate this luxurious chamber. A cool breeze bearing the mingled scent of lotus flowers and perfume wafts through the room. The distant notes of a lively tune plucked out on a lyre are accompanied by the sounds of trickling water, birdsong, and feminine laughter.
There are 2 beautiful women in here. They greet you with a warm smile
"Hello, you must be tired..would you like some fruit and wine?"
One introduces herself as Bastetabi and the other one as Senenetka
Kaneka Kasuri |
Whaa...How can there be people here after being frozen for so long and where did they come from? She pauses for a moment, Are they speaking Taldane (Common)?
Kaneka will glance around the room looking for other points of entry

Sarephta Nigh |
Sarephta, likewise suspicious, casts detect magic and focuses on the two women.
"Surely some magic preservation involved to accompany a pharaoh into the afterlife..." she whispers to the others.
If magic is involved, will continue to focus until I know all I can.
Revvy Bitterleaf |
Kaneka detects undead nearby while Sareptha detects some sort of magic nearby as well. As you start to use various ways of detection the women quickly realize that their deception is about to end. They drop the illusion surrounding them.
These walking corpses wears only a few soiled rags, their flesh rotting off their bones as they forward, arms outstretched.

Fine by me....but seeing how it only lasts a minute if you happen to run into an empty room you won't get much use out of your wand charge....then again running into an empty room ..hasn't happened that much in here so far

Belka moves to a more tactical position while improving her defenses
Sareptha takes a stab at one of the zombies, hitting it before it can react..her spear poking a rather large hole in the zombie's torso..but somehow not doing as much damage seeing as there is no blood that can flow out through the hole (DR against piercing attacks)
Pokey enchants his ammunition while Kaneka waits before taking action

Kanejka moves up and takes a stab at one of the women (red) hitting her in what normally would be a killing blow to a living opponent but now just leaves a rather deep hole in it's body.
@Zarunkumar, pretty sure that tiny creatures due to not having reach have to enter the square of their target to be able to touch them. Not an issue now since the zombies are still flatfooted.
Will save for half damage vs cure light wounds: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Since it's been a day..moving on
Gwithyr goes fully on the defense, telling Babou to do the same. Thinking that might be a good idea Vanya does the same as well.

I won't be able to post tomorrow so pls set things for me: if Vanya can move and then attack she will do so, otherwise she'll just set up a flank with the zombie
Once she can Vanya attacks the zombie in front of her!

Damage roll: 1d6 + 4 + 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 4 + (5) + 1 = 11
Revvy Bitterleaf |
Kaneka tries to hit her target again, but fails to get through it's though almost leathery skin to deal any damage.
Pokey fires twice at the same zombie, his first bullet just flying through the zombie's body..dealing no harm to it at all..it's only a flesh wound. (not enough to overcome the DR it has against piercing and blunt damage)
His second bullet manages to blast a larger hole, which seems to cause the zombie some trouble.
@Vanya; If I remember your starting position correctly and you have a 30ft move then you should be able to get to where you walked and still have an attack, using the attack roll you made
Vanya moves forward and (assuming scimitar here) slashes her scimitar across one of the zombie's torso, opening a huge gash in it's side
Sareptha tries to stick her spear through the zombie again, but the tip of her spear is deflected to the side without cutting skin...let alone the flesh underneath.

Yes; 7..ah, I see what you mean. I copied the previous damage but didn't update it. The 7 damage you did wasn't enough to bring it down
Sareptha drops her longspear and moves into flanking drawing a longsword in both hands as she moves
Hitting one of the zombies and lobbing it's head off.

that's not how that works. It's a d20+con mod. for you it's a zero. The DC is 10+the amount negative you are. So for you it would be 10+3=13.
Also, yay stabilize!
Revvy Bitterleaf |
Kaneka after having falling on the floor getting a brutal beating by the zombies manages to stabilize (but it still unconscious).
Belka then makes quick work of the last zombie, splitting it in 2 with a swing of her great axe.

The zombies wear a variety of bracelets, necklaces, and rings worth a total of 500 gp. In addition, one of them wears a silver necklace with a blue gemstone that detects as magical (if anyone is able to check for magic). The other one carries a key.

As Vanya looks around she doesn't notice anything that peeks her interest.
At Sareptha's suggestion the party moves back and goes down a hallway previously passed.
This long, low corridor is decorated with hieroglyphs and carvings depicting kings, gods, and sphinxes in orderly geometric rows.
The hallway contains a door and then ends at a T-shaped intersection. One way leading to a closed door and the other leading towards an open doorway and into a room.
Sarephta Nigh |
"Let's try this first door on the left," Sareptha suggests.
Looks like we reach a door on the left before the T-intersection? If so, let's try that one...if we don't see that, let's take the left at the T-intersection and try the door there...
Revvy Bitterleaf |
Yes, as can be seen on the map and in the description given above, you first encounter a door and then it continues further to the T-shaped intersection..going to assume that the rest of the party will agree with you on the door, seeing it's a logical choice to make
@Pokey you said that your new SOP was to use the wand of abundant ammunition before opening a door, so I'm assuming you still do that now
As you open the door you look in and see;
Each corner of this room holds a stone obelisk carved with hieroglyphs. The obelisks surround a golden circle engraved in the center of the floor.
As you enter the room to take a closer look you notice that;
A cool breeze emanates from the southeast obelisk.
The southwest obelisk seems to be normal stone.
Heat radiates from the northwest obelisk
And the northeast obelisk is covered in a layer of moisture.

Belka |
Belka warily enters the room and looks around for a while. Then, seeing that there is nothing harmful, she goes out, continues up to the T-shaped intersection and casts a glance at the way leading east towards the open doorway.
Revvy Bitterleaf |
As Belka peeks around the corner she sees:
Two ornate wooden chariots sit upon platforms in this chamber, positioned as if ready to charge across the desert sands outside,
though no mounts are harnessed to their yokes. The chamber’s walls are carved in relief with scenes of charioteering, racing, and war.
There are also some skeletons in this room, armed with short bows. Two stand in one of the chariot while the others are standing next to the wall
(You can't actually see all of them from peeking around the corner, but you see the ones in the chariot and one of the others..so I just added all of them in already).
They either haven't seen Belka's head peek around the corner or the don't care.
