You cant call out before you've had your init pass, as you can only determine what a creature is when its your turn. And while talking is a free action in combat, a round is six seconds, so it gets a bit weird.
Tentamorts are eerie ambush predators, preferring to let prey come to them rather than seeking food out, and relying on their excellent senses to warn them of approaching meals. A tentamort possesses several tentacles, most of which are used for locomotion but two of which have evolved for singular purposes in securing food. One of these longer tentacles is covered with tiny, sticky nodules and is capable of constricting prey, while the other ends in a long, thin stinger. The tentamort's method of attack is to grab its prey with its constricting tentacle and sting the grappled target with the other. Tentamort poison is particularly horrific, as it swiftly liquefies the creature's internal organs into a rancid slurry the monster can then drink with the same stinger, siphoning out the fluid with foul sucking sounds. Larger creatures often require multiple stings (and multiple failed saving throws against the venom) before they can be fully absorbed by a tentamort. Tentamorts are almost mindless, possessing just enough intellect to make crude animal judgments about peril and food. Once a tentamort has grabbed prey, it tends to focus entirely on that creature, ignoring attacks upon it from other sources as long as its current victim remains a source of nutrition. After a tentamort finishes consuming a creature, all that typically remains are the bones and skin.

"Has anyone been hurt?"

You travel up trough the caves. In several parts you see signs of your fellow pathfinders passing: Other beasts slain, or marks left with chalk to warn others of some danger.
The higher you go, the more worked the stone becomes. Sadly, the smell doesnt get any better.
Eventually you reach halls full of claustrophobic cells. They line the walls here, many crowded with three or four miserable-looking humans.
Whatever happened to them, they must have been here for a while, as they barely react to anything you do. They mostly just hang against the walls, lethargic.
The halls converge on a hewn-stone chamber lit with braziers and choked with herb-scented smoke.
Again, most of these hallways carry no light, as the darkness most likely help keep the humans docile. Needing light to see yourself, its presence betrays you to several of the guards.

He then gestures down the hall and casts a spell.
Immediately, a swirling mass of black energy envelops the entire hallway top to bottom, leaving just a 5 foot gap in front of the visible beastie. It is completely opaque, but it does not look solid; it almost looks like it could be a portal of some kind, and it looks almost hungry, like it would suck in anything that approaches.
Silent Image, DC 17 will save to disbelieve, but only if interacted with. Duration is concentration + 1 round
In a quiet whisper Henrik says "It is an illusion, guys - harmless, and you can shoot through it. There is a long hallway between some sort of reptilian creature and us, and I've filled the whole hallway with this illusion."
Not sure if telling them it is an illusion constitutes "proof" it is illusion, allowing them to automatically disbelieve, or if they need to make will saves to disbelieve still. Once they disbelieve, though, they should be able to see through it with only a rough outline of where it is.

GM Woran |

The troglodyte is one of the oldest of intelligent races, and ruins found in some remote caverns testify to the fact that their empire was once among the largest in the world. At the dawn of time, the troglodyte civilization was generations ahead of other humanoid races—while those races hid in caves and worshiped fire, the troglodytes raised vast cities of stone ziggurats and twisting canals, kept other races as slaves, and worshiped ancient and inhuman gods and demons. Yet as the other races evolved and grew increasingly civilized, they outstripped their onetime troglodyte oppressors. Today, the roles have changed—now it is the troglodyte that hides in caves and lives the life of a feral savage.
Troglodytes are also known for being *really* stinky.
Your party members still need to make the save. People tell you weird things all the time, doesnt mean its true ;) but they get the normal bonus of someone pointing out its fake. (a +4)

"You do not see any more javelins coming our way, do you? I'll hold them off, you shoot them. Not my fault if my illusions are too good for you." Henrik responds with a grin.
If both Ranalus and I are telling them it is an illusion, does that give them a cumulative +8? Also, do they automatically get a free saving throw when I tell them? Just read this in the CRB: "If any viewer successfully disbelieves an illusion and communicates this fact to others, each such viewer gains a saving throw with a +4 bonus." Sorry for all the confusion, I'm still trying to figure out a lot of this illusion stuff too :)

Henrik says to his friends "don't panic guys, another illusion incoming"
Henrik flicks his wrist, and a new wand (wand of silent image) pops out of his as-of-yet unused second wrist sheathe. He gestures down the still-illusioned hallway (extended illusions, so the first illusion will last for one round after I stop concentrating), and with a command word he causes a new image to appear.
The new image appears right behind Dax, a figure that looks exactly like the lizardfolk they faced in the previous area, with a couple of distinct differences. This one is semi-transparent, looks like it is rotting, and has chains wrapped all around it's body. The image is hovering slightly off the ground.
Henrik then calls out in draconic: "Soul of mine slain foe, you are bound to me now. Kill these pathetic pests before me!"
The image then moves directly forward 45 feet, moving through Dax, between the waiting trogs, and straight through the table in the middle of the room. Once it reaches the square 40 feet in front of Dax, it turns toward the trogs, and raises a semi-transparent morningstar in a readied threatening position.
