Seidr/Cwethan, it looks like you filled in reporting info for your other character. I probably still have Seidr's character number from the last table of mine you played at, but could you at least roll your day job check, if you have one?
GM Dennis

Also, Sosuke, I need your reporting info as well:
Player name
Character name
PFS#-Character#
Faction
Day Job Roll
Seidr Kanzeon
|
Profession (Herbalist): 1d10 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
and 182453-12 to save you the lookup
Thanks for pitching in!

Vagantem, please PM me your email address so I can get you your boon.

What's your play here, Pa Us? I was going to go with a recitation of sins, give him a chance to answer for them, probably start a fight, but I don't want to step on what you're going for.
Pa Us
|
Pa Us is only trying to move into the room so we're not all lined up outside, without setting off a fight.
He can Aid Another in Diplo' if needed.

The Acid Flask is just as a focus (+1 dam') not a material component (so not expended).
GM Dennis
|
Got it, I had forgotten that some of those were not consumed. Do you keep an acid flask on a bandolier or somewhere close at hand? I think you need to be able to 'manipulate' it, as you would other spell components, so it probably can't be in a backpack or some such.
GM Dennis
|
I should clarify: I don't ask as a "gotcha". You're the first person I've seen actually use one of those focus components, and I'm curious how it works.
Pa Us
|
I am not 100% sure what the rules say about using them (never read about that).
For Pa Us I have the flask in a bandolier (he has 2 x Alkali Flask for throwing and 1 Acid Flask to keep for the Focus - that he could throw if really needed).
My feeling is you only need to touch it while casting (I have at least not seen info' about having to pull it out etc.).
That is because Pa Us has Eschew Materials.
For my characters that need basic components I place the Acid Flask in the Spell Component Pouch.

All I've ever seen about focus is that "To cast a spell, you must be able to speak (if the spell has a verbal component), gesture (if it has a somatic component), and manipulate the material components or focus (if any). Additionally, you must concentrate to cast a spell."
Just my 2 cp :)

I've always assumed that you have them in hand, or kept in your spell component pouch. To put things in perspective, casters don't need to spend a move action taking a spell component out of their pouch, they just need to have a pouch on them. I'd generally assume the same for a focus item.
GM Dennis

Yeah, I think you're right. I like the solution of having it in a bandolier.

Working on chronicle sheets now. From what I'm seeing, everyone except Sosuke (level 3) is in tier (level 1-2). Is anyone else out of subtier that I'm missing?
GM Dennis
|
Here are your chronicle sheets. Let me know if you find any mistakes, or if I missed any important details (like you're going slow track).
Pa Us

Pa Us is level 2 - no Day Job
Thanks

Pa Us is level 2 - no Day Job
I think I have it correct on there then. I'll pulled from the info you all posted in the beginning of the discussion thread.

Looks good! And Seidr can finally return to her true face!
Ha. I was a little confused when I got here and saw a different character with the face Seidr had last time you were at my table.
GM Dennis

Vagantem should get out of tier gold as she is third level. Aside from that it looks good.
Sorry. I even filled in the 8 XP and still somehow didn't register that she was 3rd. Should be fixed now.

I'm going to mark this game as 'Inactive'. Feel free to PM me (or post in one of my other games or in Flaxseed) if you discover any issues with your chronicles or anything. It was a pleasure gaming with you all and I look forward to playing with you again.
