GM, can you share how you make your maps? I have been thinking about GM'ing a pbp, but am a bit daunted by the maps. Yours look really nice.

Sorry for the slowdown lately peeps. This is my last week of semester (exams coming up and my final assignment for the year due tonight) so I've been pretty busy lately! Should be better once I get this C++ assignment done :) But there might be occasional days of slowdown during my exams as well.
Garret, I use Photoshop to do my maps, which is probably not what you'll need! There are lots more user-friendly options though.
Firstly you need to extract the map from the PDF, there are various tools that will let you do that (search for extracting images from PDF), or in the worst case you can just screencap it directly from the PDF (although this means it'll have labels etc on it). I think some versions of Adobe let you copy+paste the map into Paint or some such.
After that, there's a lot of options. A lot of people use Google Docs, where you create a drawing and put various icons on it for people to move around on. (I am considering doing this in future myself, actually.) There's also Roll20 which, while it requires you to sign in, is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use. You can also use something like MapTool and do the same sort of uploading-static-images thing that I do.
The only extra thing that I really do is 1) add a border with grid references (easily done in something like Photoshop or GIMP before you use the map wherever) and 2) add coloured borders to tokens (not 100% sure but it shouldn't be hard to do in other mediums as well, or at least some kind of similar thing)
Ask me any more particulars if you need it!

All the PDFs I have used have allowed me to select and copy the maps into Paint. The labels come off when I do so too. I save them as jpegs and import them into a Google Docs drawing. I create jpeg icons for the NPCs and PCs and set permissions to open and editable so everyone can move their own icons and even add their own for summoning or add lines to the map for area effects.

Thanks for the info guys, I thought that this would be the available methods, but wanted to be sure I did not miss a method that is even easier.

I will be out of country until Friday night on a business trip. I might very well be unable to post. Feel free to GMPC me in the meantime

Anyway, that's all folks! It's been a long slog (especially for those of you who have been here since the beginning) and I thank you for sticking with me all through it!
As usual, go ahead and roll your Day Job checks and make sure you have your details updated on your character profile for me. Thanks for playing and I hope you enjoyed the games!

No day job, but what about filth fever? Do we need to roll again or just use the PP to get remove curse to get rid of it?
I will try and roll... Need two consecutive saves
fort DC 11: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
fort DC 11: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Thank you very much for the game, let me know if you start up any other games and good luck on the exams.

Balak, I think the real good thing about them comes from not having to sacrifice BAB/Spellcasting or having to wait a few levels for your character concept to be realised. I think a whole lot of the classes are rather underwhelming, to be fair. I'm also sad there's no base class mystic theurge...

Oh, haha! I TOTALLY forgot about the disease. That means Balak has to roll as well I believe, or pay for a remove disease. The only reason I don't handwave it is because it has a potential for Con damage.

Also, I'll try and get the Chronicles done ASAP, but my last exam (WOO!!) is on Wednesday so depending on how my cramming sessions go it may come after that.

So now you have plenty of time for an another adventure? ;-)
Congratulations and thanks for running this.
