Don't do anything with the unofficial old loot sheet. That's still there in case Galinndan or someone else wants to figure out what else the party may or may not have had. Just put your stuff in your column of the official loot sheet portion of the party loot link.

Updated my loot onto the sheet with the most relevant stuff of my own (read: note the flavour stuff from his Sage background).

Rankle, when you talk about stowing a shield, drawing a mirror, and casting guidance, I assume the first two were before combat? Otherwise that would be too many actions for one round. Taking a shield off is an action and so is casting guidance. Whichever you meant, we don't need to retcon anything here because it's not a big deal but I just wanted to get clarity for next time.

I thought stowing a shield was an item interactions. I guess it's a normal action due to it being strapped on right?

Yeah I think that's the rational. Also, it gets abusable if you can take it off as an interact with an object action. Use your two-handed weapon then put your shield on. Take your shield off then use your two-handed weapon. You could end up getting some cheesy mileage from that.

I'm pretty sure that I didn't resolve if Galinndan was getting glasses for himself. So I won't assume that I have a pair. Though he would use those if he could, to free up a sword hand.

Just in future if you want to use one of my pre-buffs we should settle it before we see the encounter. If no one takes me up on that offer assume I will always just use it on myself otherwise. That way it feels less retroactive after seeing what we're up against.

That was quite rough, Galinndan. Bad dice rolls in a VERY risky situation. I don't see Galinndan getting fixed particularly soon so I'd say yes, make a replacement character who may or may not be temporary. We'd have to see. Follow the same rules as recent re-recruitment characters.

So the fights against these statues tend to get really long because they have AC 18 and 30 hp, which is not bad at all. I don't want this fight to feel way to slow and grindy to you guys so I'm offering a double-edged proposition.

All damage is doubled during this battle. Benefits both sides equally. It shouldn't change the actual amount of damage that you take that much since the statues will be dealing damage twice as fast for half as long. One caveat would be that I would not treat the damage as doubled in terms of killing a PC outright. These statues don't hit hard enough to kill any of you outright even with a crit, which couldn't be any more than 14 damage. Doubling damage or not is entirely up to you guys. I'm happy to keep sending statues at you and watch you knock them down.

Kargoroth: Yes essentially you roll 1d20 every round. Nat 20 means you are at 1 hp and conscious! Nat 1 counts as two failures. It's an untyped saving throw of DC10. Three successes first means you're stable but still unconscious for 1d4 hours. Three failures means you're dead. Taking damage counts as a failure or two failures if it's a crit.

Well any healing makes you conscious and active so you'll be right back in the fight very quick. Healing word allows the PCs to kind of yoyo through battles in 5e, which I sometimes find problematic. If it gets nuts, I might have getting downed and healed back up and fighting immediately impose a little fatigue or something. But for now, we're playing it RAW.

Also, sorry I can't do more damage here. Most of my damage-dealing spells and cantrips rely on some sensitivity to psychological damage or a minimum INT. Remember when I tried mocking the statues last encounter?
