Its 'Large', and you hit its cover but after reviewing the tape/map I'm going to give it to him. Zokon has a better angle on creature than the people on the shrine roof. The arrow does about 2/3rds the damage that a glancing blow like that would have done to a more solid foe (the equivalent of taking off a bit of a person's ear). PS for everyone who might not know, the tall bits of crenelations on battlements are called 'merlons'.

Scarlet bludgeoning damage only.
The fire elemental dodge Scarlet's first blow while the surprise follow up hammer just passes through the thing's fiery core. It is the aura of (Super Saiyan) power emanating from Scarlet, thanks to Illthir's song, that effects the fire most though. It buffets the elemental like a torch in a strong wind.
Serena's physical scimitar bifurcates a bit of the human-sized flame, but the fire just flows around the sword and is mostly whole again by the time the scimitar's blade emerges trailing smoke.
Zokon damage format works fine for me so long as I can quickly gather where all the numbers are coming from.
Zokon's arrows go wide of their somewhat indistinct mark.
Durgan not a problem with retro activity during a block of initiatves's turn just so long as it would actually be possible to accomplish somewhere in there and all on Duragan's turn. There are times when because of movement, spacial relations, and readied or otherwise triggered actions that this might not be possible.

Zokon is actually within Bless range now - just at the edge, at 50' - but in fact Durgan cast it when he was just north of Lady Vsevolod and then he moved. It's a burst, not an emanation, so as long as you were within 50' when it was cast you are covered.

Miles nods as he listens to Alia, he notices her suddenly get up as to follow the others and nods.
"Knowing them lot, they'll probably in trouble without you around..." however as he followed her he found out exactly how correct he was. "Well...those weren't there last time I was up there."

Miles decides to clear his throat, he had hoped this situation may not need to reveal itself until later, however, it's clear that they needed help. Just before he begins to sing he gives a wink to Alia before he starts out with a familiar melody.

Milesbot japes a bit in his trousers at the sight of the advancing fire elemental. He spins around as if he was on a pivot and hurries for some cover in the direction of the baths.
Milesbot antagonize (diplomacy) v orange: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25
Aliabot rushes up the stairs and over to the side of the tall tower along with Illthir. As they rush along thoughts of how they are going to (or more-likely not) scale the walls move though their consciousness like unheeded iceberg tops in a foggy ocean. There are not good ways to fire up at the large fire elemental from this angle (in fact it has total cover).
There are no doors though there are some narrow arrow slits that look in on an open spiral stairwell full to bursting with dwarven mercenaries. At the top lip there is a wooden ladder--also thick with dwarves who are trying to shove upward against trapdoor that seems weighed down with something very heavy. The ladders topmost rung snaps and the dwarves there tumble down into their fellows. Some if not for the hands of their fellows nearly slip over the edge of the stair and into the open space at the heart of the tower.
Then as Aliabot and Illthir close, they notice a bit of silken black rope hanging from the battlements (the little blue dot to the side of the tower). It dangles to about 20' feet above the ground far below.
