Only if they have about a 15' vertical. It is a 70' tower, and there is only about 50' of rope dangling from the top.

Zokon's first shot and Illthir's stone fly astray, and Zokon's second shot seems to flare and waver a bit before striking the heart of the flame where it explodes from the heat with a small BOOM. The flame seems to look at him as if to say 'Is that all you got?'

I'm gonna give everyone else a little more time and then move us a head.

Male Undine (They're dwarves! You know they're dwarves! They just ain't rock-headed like some.) Magus

Inside the tower, Alia can see the Blue Beetle and Warbeard reach the top floor shoving their way through their men. Warbeard shouts while Blue Beetle looks as though he is listening carefully to some unseen dwarf. He looks up directly up through the arrow slit directly at Alia and scowls, and then he disappears up the ladder and out of sight toward the roof.

This is one of those times that I really hate botting people. Aliabot jumps out of the airplane! The round passes. Alia's player arrives and says: "But wait I'm the only one with any piloting skill." ;) I'll give it a couple of hours, and then I'm gonna pull some crazy Apollyanna stunt.

Like so many before him the elemental in the courtyard seems totally preoccupied with the idea of killing Miles attempting to kill everyone else in its way. No distance it too far! No cost is too great!

That's one Move Action at 1/4th speed (DC 5 - since you have a wall to brace against). Did you want to climb some more, or dare to try accelerated climbing (for 1/2 speed, DC 5 again, but with a -5 penalty on Alia's check)? I should note that even without flammable substances the rope can still burn, and that there is probably a flat-footed attack of opportunity in Alia's future if she makes it to the top with the elemental still there. All of that, including what Alia was thinking, are all reasonable in-world thoughts given the situation. Why else would there be a rope here after all?

Maybe...as escape path for the elemental? The rope screams trap all over, but it's not like there's a lot of time to ponder in-game. If the worst comes to pass, I hope I find a banked Snapleaf on the way down :P Or a soft bard cushioning my landing. Then again, the later would not go well with being enlarged.
Also, no accelerated climbing to cover the following question: If I happened to be invisible for some reason while getting upstairs, would there still be an AoO?

Fire elementals burn stuff they touch, and this is not a fire resistant rope as far as Alia can tell. And no, unless the elemental can see Alia clearly enought to threaten her there wouldn't be an AoO against Alia.

An escape path for whomever that summoned the elemental perhaps?

Move to move. Standard to ready action: Cast Silent Image of a gigantic box covering the large Fire Elemental slightly before Alia climbs into AoO range. Probably won't stand up to scrutiny but it only needs to distract it for a moment :P

Numalar you don't need to worry about reach as you are about two -stories down from the elemental. However it does have ranged weaponry.

Numalarbot's wand triggers and Alia suddenly weighs one-half ton. There's a creak from high above and a slight downward jerk of the rope. He moves to cover.

The smaller of the elementals flails ineffectually at the armor of the paladin of sarenrae.

The large elemental surveys the area. It notes Alia in passing, but seems to pay the 12-foot-tall elf little heed. Spotting Illthir it wings a corner stone at her.

Illthir did not 'mechanically' speaking distract the elemental... yet anyhow.

Alia could reach up and pull herself up onto the battlement with her greater reach (the climb DC to pull yourself up is 15--which she made) except she would be forced to balance (acrobatics DC 5--no roll needed but she should be 'balancing'--i.e. flat-footed, with no Dex to AC) because you can't by law end your movement in a space with a active foe. There would also be an AoO as basically Alia is going from prone (or rather a vulnerable position) to standing.

Otherwise she could just use her move action to climb at 1/4 speed on the rope for about 7 or 8 feet (per move action). She could then hang from the rope and do things with one hand (you have to climb with two hands, but you can hang with one). If Alia only took one move action and climbed the rope (ending with her hanging from the rope about 67' feet up the side of the tower, and the elemental on top of the tower), she and the elemental's relative positions would have cover from one another because of the intervening battlements (so +4 AC and no AoO--cover does that), though the elemental would have the higher ground (+1 to hit bonus).

So Option 1 is to eat an AoO and balance on top being flat-footed but able to use both hands.
Option 2 lose dex mod, but no AoO, and only able to use one hand(so no spell combat/spell strike), and risk falling when damaged(or the elemental decides to sunder the rope) - i suppose having cast before and still holding a charge is not an option? :)
Did I get that right? I'll try and decide until tonight :P - maybe I should simply wait for our Ranger to murder that thing...

Having climbed with both hands would also require me to first draw my Estoc before I get to stab with it -_- So yeah...
Having climbed up only far enough until she is almost next to the elemental, Alia removes one hand from the rope and starts an incantation. Within moments, more and more small magical snowflakes begin to circle around the hand, and a second or two later her hand seems to be made of ice itself.

There is a very, very quiet explosion of mist--fog really. It hangs over the edges of the tower like leaves over a tree trunk. The beacon fire quickly burns a hole in it, illuminating the cloud from within.

Hmm... Alia didn't seem to need her help now that she was all grown up. The Skald tried to figure out some other way to be helpful - or not. Their new "friend" was down there obviously trying to leave. But if he did things would only get even more complicated. Not to mention their poor host. Can't see young love get squashed so easily! Illthir grins to herself and redirects her Silent Image. Instead of a box she'd conjure a gate. One that looked exactly like the one already blocking the way out. In fact the new gate was in the exact same spot too. Anyone trying to pull open the old gate was bound for disappointment!

Silent Image -> Conjuring an image of the closed gate over the closed gate. Let's hope it opens remotely and outwards!

In fact she'd make a note to try and sneak a peek at the young lord to savor that disappointment!

Milesbot maintains his capering which seems somehow to brighten the whole place up. Meanwhile seeing that one elemental remains Numalarbot rushes about the cathedral roof in an attempt to set of a flank against it.

The gate guard in the guardhouse pulls a big lever that releases a bigger wheel set into the floor. There is the sound of a great mechanism and.... nothing the gate stays in place.

This triggers a Diplomatic attack of opportunity from Lady Vsevolod. This eats up a move action from your next turn unless you resist.

Make a Bluff (to sort of head fake), Diplomacy (to politely dodge), or Intimidate (to scare the bloomers off) Lady Vsevolod, or not and just stop in the space just north of her as she corrals Zokon with a very diplomatic grapple (DC 18); failure (or resignation):

I was going to thank you all when I remembered that I hadn't even seen all of you at dinner. Didn't your party include a third dwarf?
