Ezekial takes another level of unchained Rogue.

He gains 8 total hit points and his dexterity goes up to a 20 (22 with his belt). His BAB and Reflex save both increase by 1.

He gains the Skirmisher ability and a new rogue talent - Extra Feat, with which he takes Spring-Heeled Style. This gives him +2 on attacks if he moves 10 or more feet. This will also lead to other feats in the feat chain.

He gains 8 skill points and spends them on:
Acrobatics +1
Diplomacy +4
Disable Devise +1
Perception +1
Stealth +1

His slight of hand and appraise also both increase by 1.

Actually, scratch that. Seres is the only one with strength close enough to think about using it. Connor isn’t a bow guy.

But he will certainly take the sword if there are no objections. Will put the great axe back into the sell pool. Will look at the buyout process but will likely have to go into debt to keep it since I doubt any of us have enough cash to cover it. Part of the reason I hate the buyout. High end items become unattainable because ... communism. Ha!

Hyperboreal Patronage
A winter witch’s patron reveals an icy aspect. A winter witch adds the following spells to her spell list at the following class levels, but does not automatically learn them:

Winter Witchcraft
Levels of the winter witch prestige class stack with witch levels for determining when she learns new hexes, the effect of her hexes and other witch class abilities (including archetype abilities), the abilities of her witch’s familiar, and the level at which she can select major hexes or grand hexes.

Protective Luck (Su)
The witch can cause fate to twist so that it benefits a creature within 30 feet for 1 round. Whenever that creature is targeted by an effect that requires an attack roll, including weapon attacks, the attacker must roll twice and take the worse result.

At 8th level and 16th level, the duration of this hex is extended by 1 round. A witch cannot use this ability on herself. Hexes that affect the fortune hex, such as cackle, also affect protective luck.

Aaand I realize I screwed up my math. I have a 12 Str normally, currently boosted to 14 with a +2 belt. Bull's strength or a +4 belt only gets me to 16, not 18! =( So I really need a +6 belt to make the bow usable.

To bridge the gap, I'm going to take monstrous physique as my 3rd level spell, which I was looking at anyway. It provides a +2 size bonus, as well as special movement abilities.

EDIT: scratch that for fey form, which has the same size bonus but fits Seres much better!

EDIT EDIT: Gah, that's a level 4 spell (though its very similar to monstrous??), so back to monstrous physique it is!

I suspect that we are suppose to return that bow at some point anyway. I am good with you taking the sword Connor. We are getting up into levels where money should come in much faster. And there is no issue with you "owing the bank" for any number of thematic items in my book. It would only come up if two people wanted the same item and one has more debt than the other - at least that is my thinking.

Does anyone else want the crossbow?

And can we do some shopping? I want to get a charisma item.

Also, I'm posting level ups here but they are dependent on allowing retraining for my abilities which technically takes time. Since we agreed to that after we left town, can I execute it now with our hand wave of time? Otherwise, I will rebuild the level up.

Do we have a coin split so we know how much we have to spend? No way I will be able to afford that +6 dex belt and am convinced its only there to taunt me. :)

Kess - A witch must prepare spells, right? So Rime cannot be applied on the fly? I could not find what spells were prepared on his sheet, much less what had already been cast. I have had a cold caster in the past but took a feat allowing me to add Rime for free but Kess does not seem to have that.

Witches are prepared casters yes, a few pages ago I posted her prepared spells for the day, adding rime to snowball.

On the forums the way I do prepared casters is list their prepared spells ina spoiler for the ingame day and as time goes by cast off that until the next ingame day goes by and refresh it.
