I have levelled up Morgan with the exception of her feat.
I wanted the group's opinion on the +1 bastard sword. Morgan would only be able to use it as a two-handed weapon unless she takes the Exotic Weapon feat.
If the group wants her to use it, then I'll take the feat. If the group prefers to sell-off the sword, then I'll use the feat for something else.
I will not be upset if the group chooses the latter, but changing her style a little (going big sword) would be fun.
Thoughts?
If magic weapons are rare then we should utilize it. I vote "go for it".

Morgan Iron Wolf |

+1 bastard sword is balanced beyond the capabilities of mundane swordsmithing and has the following properties: counts a light weapon for two weapon fighting and also qualifies for use with the weapon finesse feat.
Morgan would let out a Fan-girl "Squeeee!" of joy, but it might cause a game system cross-rift requiring all characters to make a SAN check.

I am sure you will put that staff to good use Oz.
I know I just got back in the game but I am in Breckenridge Colorado for a quick ski trip. I hope to have time to post some, but that did not happen this first travel day. Totally exhausted and have to get up early. I'll be home Sunday.

I wanted to give a heads up that I will be traveling from Friday after work through late Monday and my posting will be light and in the evenings, if at all. I should be back to normal Tuesday. Please GMbot me if needed.

Horster Underfoot |

Not necessarily, but making them all the more suggestive to say by whatever means possible might be better than just putting the words into a PC's mouth... ;)
If we go along with Horster saying the words, I'm sure he'd do so only after warning his friends that some stuff may go down so that they would be prepared to react. Halflings are curious, but Horster used to be a spy and knows when to control his impulses.

Horster Underfoot |

As a GM you can modify the story/difficulty without your players knowing if you want to avoid a bloodbath. Anyway, let's roll with it... (pardon the pun) :)
But don't take it as too much criticism - we're all enjoying this :)

Lorcan Gimblesprocket |

Sorry to be dense, but I am still unsure of where my character is. Lorcan has not used the teleporter, at least on on purpose. If you want to assume we all used it to keep the party together that is fine, but I do not understand that is what you wanted. Are we indeed all together?

GM Tribute |

I put you in the central hall of the area 1000ft under the temple. You took the elevator down. You can return to the elevator, you can return to the magic statue by the portucullises, you have explored the other rooms including the teleporter to the lab that is just a single stone walled room with no doors. You have exhaustively explored this level and the gates obviously lead to something important.

Lorcan Gimblesprocket |

10 rounds of attacks with no needed to hit roll at a spell level equal to a second level spell or so. Yikes. Of course they may run out of junk.
And as we rise the damage should decrease, yes?

Kelgan Farwander |

I must confess that I've been fairly lax in following the game, lately. I think I'll take the opportunity of Kelgan's untimely inability to look up ("Ma always said it'd be the death of me...") to somewhat gracefully step out of this one.
GM Tribute, thanks so much for letting me join, and thanks for running a great trip down memory lane. As I get the chance, I'll look in on the thread.
Good luck and thanks, gang!.
Kelgan, out.
P.S. Someone should go through my pockets and look for loose change...:

I am here.
This seems to be some sort of teleportation map. I would propose that you move us through it, mapping it until we run into some new threat. It would be extremely difficult to try to make this at PBP speeds remotely.

Lorcan Gimblesprocket |

FYI - I am traveling for the next week and will be back home on August 30. I'll have limited posting until then, but I should be on some. And after I get back I am headed to Dragon Con on September 3 and will likely not post between the 3rd and 7th.
