Astraden dodges back, smiling at the glancing blow, and presses her mask to her face once again. "Your end is very near, friend," she says, glaring at the spawn that'd grabbed Cuetzpalli. White light streams from her eyeslits and Olidammara's relentless laughter assails the undead, shaking worms free from each corpse.

Then she draws her rapier.

Okay, kinda complicated question here. Astraden got Improved Channel for one round. The question is, does that Action Point affect the round, or the channel? If it's the round, one of the spawns is unaffected. If it's the channel, they both get turned.

Thoughts? I'm inclined to let it stick.

Round 7: Spawns.

Astraden finds it within herself to again brandish the light of her god, and once again, the spawn are filled with revulsion.

The lizard creature scrabbles onto the desk, knocking over an armor stand displaying some fine mithral chainmail in its frantic efforts.

The other spawn rushes by Tanith, taking a nasty hit as it goes, and heads for the stairs.

Astraden runs after Spiny, lays a hand on his flank, and cleanses the parasites. "Don't let him do that again!" she yells at Cuetzpalli.

Carina watches the worm-creature Tanith attacked scamper away. "Tanith! Don't let it get upstairs!"

She moves behind the rest of the assembled team, drawing an extract bottle from her belt and knocking its deep blue contents back.

The potion fixes some of her injuries, but she still feels pain. Pain, and the lingering sensation of wrongness at having worms crawling in her skin.

Cuetzpalli moves into the room, and remembers that he has favored enemy undead. Then he draws his bow and fires another arrow at the spawn. He commands spiny to stay where he is.

Eben, pushed into a corner by all the people rushing in to make their own attacks, grits his teeth and shoots around them as best he can.

The wall behind the monster is now incredibly spruced up by the addition of two arrows sticking out of it. The differently-colored feathers really brighten up the room and make a warmer living environment. One could almost overlook the unharmed worm-ridden monstrosity standing on the desk...

Well, I do have precise shot, and you're not right in front of me. So I shouldn't take any penalties on that shot. If a 28 doesn't hit, we're going to be at this until Christmas.

I meant the part where I knocked him Prone. So he gets a +4 AC vs Ranged attacks. So a 28 DOESN'T hit. It took a 26-27 for me to hit him before, so you need a 30-31.
