Gigabyte, all of the bat-devices, of which there are many, can be remote controlled through the computer, including The Bat.

I'm not sure how to reduce the number from 5 to 4. I'll keep looking. I know I've seen it done.

Soooo...this clearly isn't working. What should we do about it?

I thought we were just waiting on Kara and then the batman to go

I thought we were waiting on something. A simple "pssst, Imagine, it's your turn" would've sufficed.

I'll reduce the LexSec from 10 to 5 once out of this scene.

Sorry. Wasn't trying to be cranky. I just thought the delay was more of an issue of unfun and confusion.

2nd Edition SRD is updated. I've worked my way through Hero Creation, Abilities, Skills (Still need to create tables in Google Sheets and copy into skill descriptions for DC's, which is time consuming), Feats, Powers (which includes power effects and powers from Ultimate Power, not the core book), and Combat. Working my way through Formatting Equipment. Lots of tables there, so it will probably take me a while. Once I finish that, I'll clean up skills and then probably move on to adding expansions. Those seem more valuable for everyday use than Gamemastering, World Building, and friends and foes. Eventually I'll try to compile a sort of bestiary and a big collection of the archetypes.

In any case, the most frequently used items in play should mostly exist on the site now, with the exception of Equipment, which maybe I need more than most players.

Looks good. I've always found Ultimate Power a little too complicated for my taste, and prefer a fleshed out rules set (with some give) to a full-on toolbox. BUT, I know the majority of M&M players will disagree with me on that and appreciate your direction more. I think a lot of people will find that site really useful.

I'll be travelling Friday and Saturday, probably not posting until Saturday night.

Hey guys! I'm on a sudden camping trip, but posting will resume later today.

That said, if the GM wants to move us forward, Kyle's Crib is open under the condition that Kara limits the amount of masseus/strippers/plain old' whores to one per capita (Attero and co included)

That's fair. That's certainly fair. *nods sagely*

BTW, ever since reading Grant Morrison's run on JLA, I've thought that the real Batman superpower, the thing I've never seen in a build of Batman, is Nullify. What Morrison's Batman did that made him so powerful is that he was always able to tear down people's super powers.

Y'know I've been thinking about this. Like, I've been watching "Assault on Arkham" on Youtube which everyone says (everyone, including Tibetan monks) is the "good" Suicide Squad movie. Or what it should've been.

Anyway, (spoilers!) one of the early scenes has Deadshot who's power is that he never misses. I mean, that's his whole thing, that he just doesn't miss a shot, right? So, Deadshot is shooting at Batman and...*drum roll please*...misses. At which point he's incredulous. "Did I just miss a guy on a grapple line? Did I JUST MISS?!?" And then Batman fights him in close combat, and he misses a bunch more times until Batman breaks his wrist-gun.

Hence, that would actually play into this theory, that Batman actually -does- have a super power, and that is that other people's power is just always not on their top game when he's around. (That would also be why he can beat up fields of bad guys despite being a normal human--the bad guys suddenly all have a "bad day" at fighting things.

It kinda reminds me of a series of books that a friend of mine was telling me about this one time. Like, everyone in that world had some magical power. Everyone, no exceptions. Except one guy. And they couldn't figure out what his power was. But that was just it, his power was that no amount of magic affected him.

Eh, just sayin'. =)

First, as it is related to what I am about to say, if you enjoy reading other people's gaming stories I recommend The All Guardsmen Party.

Second, and this is the reason I mentioned it, Batman might as well be a powerful psychic of sorts... but a passive one. You see, in Warhammer 40k, psykers sometimes don't know they are psykers and their powers manifest as auras and permanent abilities.
One of these auras is a Luck Aura, which in the RPG translates to an increase on every roll the Lucky Luke does... as well as a decrease in anyone else rolls, because the extra luck comes from vampiring others' luck.

So a wacky, conspiranoic way to look at Batman is that he has a constant psymagical aura that makes him more likely to succeed and more awesome while making others less awesome. That could explain Deadshot missing the Bat.

On the other hand, that same power might as well be called Plot Armor, and Batman tends to have a lot of that. But I, for one, prefer to think of Batman as a psychic luck vampire instead of blaming authors for not being able to come up with ways for him to beat more powerful villains without b!&!+!*+.

Wait, are we going to Gigabyte's place to enjoy strippers and de-nanoification, or are we going to Unhuman's dad's nurse's workplace to wrap her up and not in the good way?

The next logical question is probably: GM, can we de-nanoify on the helicopter on the way there?

Are we holding on anything specific? Just consensus on where we're heading? Az would probably vote for making sure we're all up to fighting speed before confronting our next target.

I'm not sure. I'm just feeling stuck.

Thought we were waiting for a scene transition or for gigabyte to do some home maintenance on himself while we flew.

Clarification: Kyle means Will would be a powergamer when translated to Shadetrekker.

Actual Clarification: I'm assuming between his Radio Senses and Data-Link 3, Kyle can wirelessly access the Hospital net from where he is. If that's not the case he will simply change into comfortable clothing and take a stroll to sit by ghe Hospital as he does his part.

Decided it would be fun to take a few liberties and make this entire scene much more interesting.

What are we waiting on?

I'm going to shut down my two Justice League games. We've completely lost momentum, and not show much progress for a long time. I think it is time to move on to greener pastures.

I understand. Best of luck, and thanks for running.

It was fun, for what it's worth, but it has certainly had a slow running. Thank you for hosting us for the time that we had.
