ha! You officially revealed yourself. Took a while!
Seems like everyone else kinda figured it out in the end, though no one called you out directly on it.
Charles and I planned this together after the resurrection went so badly. Each day we will roll a d2 to see who wakes up that day, and everytime he is damaged we will also roll. Sam and Charles have entirely different stats. Sam is a brawler. And different personalities too, obviously, which you can see if you read back a few pages.

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

Lol,I'd had no idea. I knew something was up, just doesn't know it was that lol. Curious to see how that goes, and if you'll take levels in Spiritualist lol.
hp: 1d10 ⇒ 6
For swashbuckler

Charles Caskgrip |

That's true, good point. I'll take Charles so I'm not gestalt power gaming.

Wulf Torstein |

Sorry for the late post! We're getting so much sun right now I was out all night.
Mustache it has been a brilliant first book, I want to thank you for delivering it I can't wait to see whats next. I'd also like to thank the players, you all bring something to this game. I've had games where players are so passive and just roll a dice and that's it. Thanks for making this enjoyable.
Charles I knew something was going on, as a player, I assumed it was just Charles grief but this is a lot more interesting. We'll have to see how this plays out. Wulf wasn't happy with you being so reckless he's mean to be the reckless one.
HP - Roll+Con: 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5 I hope you roll better for me :P
Rage power - reckless abandon (Trade armor class for hit)
Ability Increase - +1 Con
Fort Save - +1
Base Attack - +1

1d6 ⇒ 3
I am feeling a Toughness in my future...
Stat Increase: +1 Int, now 20.
Spells: Create Pit, Web.
Since I get another skill/level now, I'll be picking Disable Device, because Technomancer requires it. And because, well, reasons.
Skills: 7+2:
Perception, Spellcraft, Knowledge(Engineering, Arcana, Nature, Planes), Disable Device
Background Skills: Linguistics, Craft(Machinery) Basically learning how to start tinkering with stuff.
I get the Technologist feat! Yay!
EDIT: I'll take a big, long look at my character sheet. I think the layout I had wasn't the best for updating it for gaining levels...

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Zeke took another level in Cleric (Ecclesitheurge). He gets 2nd level spells and his bonded holy symbol ability, which essentially gives him an arcane bond with his holy symbol. Once a day he can use it to cast any one divine spell that he can cast, and he can enchant it as if he had the associated magical crafting feats.
I intend to upgrade his pistol into a masterwork pistol. What do you think of the idea that as he improves it, he also incorporates his skymetal holy symbol into his pistol, making it a combination bonded holy symbol/arcane gun?
I increased Zeke's Intelligence by 1. He's still focused on Knowledges and Craft skills, and also Heal. He gets 6 skill points each level, plus two background skills (Knowledge Engineering and Craft Mechanical).
Everybody let me know if there's wondrous items you want! I know Ton'iel wants a pearl of power, so I'll get to work on that.

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Hmm, good question! Well, looking at the rules for an arcane bond, it seems to me that a wizard can change his bonded item simply by designating a different item and spending the time and money it costs to replace it. Could Zeke do the same? From a story perspective, perhaps this could be represented by Zeke re-attaching his skymetal holy symbol to a different weapon? The spellslinger rules for the arcane gun say that he just chooses one gun each day when he prepares his spells, so that part is easy to switch.

GM Mustache |

Khonnir is going to be giving out an array of thank you presents. As some of these have ridiculous price tags, I am going to ask that you do not turn around and sell them to recoup the gold. These are non-resellable for the rest of the game. (I don't think any of you would play like that, but just clarifying before it had a chance to get ugly).

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Oooo, presents! It's like it's our birthday!
(Today actually is my birthday, so that feels especially awesome.)

why don't you hold off on these ideas with your gun until I give all the presents out. it may affect what you do with you bonded item.

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Heh, I figured in my story that Khonnir knew and just didn't want Val to feel bad that she wasn't immune.
Sure, I'll hold off on gun modification. Super excited to see what the old guy's working on!

Wulf Torstein |

Happy Birthday Zeke.
I do love a good gift, I'll make sure to cherish it no matter what it is.
On to crafting. Not having a lot of money, and not really sure what to get Wulf. Belts and Headbands are all very good, but would Zeke mind making me a cloak of resistant?

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Zeke's not going to make any editorial remarks about whatever you guys want him to make. Anything's fair game, sure!

Charles Caskgrip |

Ooooooooh belt of dex! Or Str and Dex, if possible!

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

A belt of incredible dexterity +2 costs 2,000 gp to make, which it seems like you might have after all of our wealth is distributed. A belt of physical might +2 is 5,000 gp. I don't know if your pockets are that deep. You're not blowing 10 gp everytime you attack, though, so there's that. :)

Charles Caskgrip |

The one time I play an honest thief ...hahahahah

GM Mustache |

Zeke could you do me a favor and make sure that gold is subtracted from people when you make them an item?
All of you also just got an additional 1000 gold each from Dolga. I don't think Ton added this in based on how poor you look. I am going to do that now. (dolga money=1000 gold). Many people also have a line that reads "New Gold", and that should also be added into your total on the top line.

Charles Caskgrip |

Thanks, GM. Just updated Charles on the sheet.

Wulf Torstein |

I would love a belt of Con. I'll have to see what the money works out as.
Ton did ask me to keep an eye on the loot sheet, I'm kinda failing on that already.

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Well, Wulf hasn't spent much money yet. It currently says your total is more than 3,000, so even with the cloak I think you'll be able to afford it.
Looks like you could also afford an amulet of natural armor +1 if you wanted it.

Wulf Torstein |

Yah, I didn't realize I had 1800 before the 1k and new money. I'll take the amulet too if you don't mind. Thanks, a lot Zeke.
I kinda really want to see the stuff that will be added to MW items.

LaRA-03 |

Wow. 20 Discussion posts since I last had a chance to post! I need to get in there!
If one is so inclined, LaRA would definitely not object to a headband of intelligence. Definitely wouldn't.

LaRA-03 |

Oh, right!
Zeke, Knowledge(Religion) might be the skill I'd like to associate with the Headband. I think that you have it, while LaRA's knowledges are about... 8,000 years out of date. Local doesn't make sense for a skill she'd have, and that's the only ones that come to mind!

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Doubling or tripling up on Knowledges is a good idea, because when you want to know what that creature is, you want multiple chances to get it right! :D
I think the Knowledge comes from the headband, not the wearer, so it can be whatever you want, Local or Religion or whatever. Maybe it feels kind of like an encyclopedia module installed in her brain?

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

I wouldnt be opposed to a headband for Charisma either, especially now that I'm going to be taking the level of Swashbuckler. Though Dex would be big there too... hmm. *Checks Swashbuckler* nope, definitely need a Charisma boost lol.
Paul, question for ya-First, LOVE the duster!
How does that work? Is it like a temporary hit point, where I start with an extra, but can't get back to that number?
Also, is this when we can adjust feats?

Charles Caskgrip |

Yeah, looks like Chuck can only afford a belt of Dex.

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

oh, and since we've completed book 1 it's fresh in my mind-thank you Paul! I havent been in many PBPs (this was my first one really, outside of a single PFS scenario) and has been both a lot of fun and a fantastic pace. Bravo on the first sixth of the adventure-and here's to the next chapter!

Charles Caskgrip |

Yeah, this continues to be a fantastic game. Kudos all around!

GM Mustache |

Thanks so much! It is a great story, and the dice has made for some dramatic moments, and all of you have been such consistent posters. And I do like adding extra things you weren't expecting.
What has been your favorite moments so far? This is a question I would like to ask at the end of every book.
