I'm not sure. Colorado would be pretty cool, but probably not the Western Slope where I live, since there's no major airports nearby so flying in is more expensive.

Denmark is beautiful, especially in the summer. I saw it when I was 12, and thought it was one of the prettiest countries I've even seen.

Hello. There will be no post today, either.
I just got home from a meeting with all of the literacy paraprofessionals in my school district, as well as about half of the computer paraprofessionals. Due to "budget cuts" (read: the previous superintendent was a big spender, and the new one decided 3000 iPads were more important than staff), every one of those paraprofessionals is losing their job at the end of the year.
Needless to say, I'm unhappy, and will likely begin drinking in the next two hours, once I pick up my mom and some vodka/red bull. I'll be making sub plans so that the other staff doesn't have to deal with me hung over and bitter, but I won't be in much shape to post, I'm afraid.
Oh, Aest, that sucks.
I will stop spending your fantasy money and instead send you a virtual hug. Here's hoping that the job market brings you something even better than what you had.

Yeah. I haven't clicked the spoiler because I didn't make the SM check, but I figure Cyanne is likely climbing into a grade-A trap. My characters always trust the little kids. In PFS, any kid lost in a scary dungeon or haunted house is going to try to eat your face off.

It's official now. Wife is pregnant again. #5 is alive!
Surprisingly, I'm not hung over. Not because I didn't want to be, but because I had no booze in the house and no desire to even attempt to find any. However, I'm also not feeling particularly positive, and I imagine that feeling is not going to get better.
I'm going to force myself to post in the three games I'm running, unless something else comes up.
I'm sorry to hear of your job woes, Aest. You've got lots of folks sending good thoughts your way, so try to hang in there as best as you can.

Whew, lots of emotional whiplash going on here from all the news. Lemme break this down (posting from my OOC alias rather than my character one).
I'm absolutely down for 'Kingmaker Con', and I may or may not start squirreling some money away ASAP. (Hey, I still don't have a job, despite my efforts; I need as much time as possible.)
My mum continues to be an awesome woman. She bought me a second-hand dining table and chairs today, which is good, because I'll have very little furniture in the new place.
Sister and I move out on Monday, and we don't have internet yet, though we'll probably connect to the National Broadband Network soon-ish. I should still be able to post frequently (my mother lives five minutes away, and there's a library within walking distance), just maybe not every day.
Lali, sorry to hear about your computer woes. Hope you can get that sorted soon.
Daen, wow! Child #5 on the way? That's wonderful news; congrats to you and your wife!
And finally, in the interest of full disclosure, I have an ulterior motive for already saving for airline tickets, and I might end up flying internationally before our little con. In a nutshell, Aest and I are giving the whole long-distance relationship thing a shot, and it seems to be going pretty well. We figured we should let you know, since it was this game that did it, and we're all friends here.
