Gm Aest's Kingmaker: To Forge a Kingdom

Be it so known that the bearer of this charter has been charged by the Swordlords of Restov, acting upon the greater good and authority vested within them by the office of the Regent of the Dragonscale Throne, has granted the right of exploration and travel within the wilderness region known as the Greenbelt. Exploration should be limited to an area no further than thirty-six miles east and west and sixty miles southwest of Oleg’s Trading Post. The carrier of this charter should also strive against banditry and other unlawful behavior to be encountered. The punishment for unrepentant banditry remains, as always, execution by sword or rope. So witnessed on this 24th day of Calistril, under watchful eye of the Lordship of Restov and authority granted by Lord Noleski Surtova, current Regent of the Dragonscale Throne.

Perlivash: Male Faerie Dragon. Brilliant orange wings. Acts like a flying, talking cat. (Page 6)

Rask Golka: Male Dwarf. Can't work in the mines due to weak lungs, so he surveys for new ones instead. Golushkin Dwarves of Garress land.

Leped: Human Male, maybe 20. Works for Rask as a guard. Has the same accent as Gratia. (Page 8 {Cyanne}/Page 9 {Party})

Akiros Ismort: Human Male, mid-to-late 40s. A silver-haired ex-knight formerly in the service of Erastil, now the second-in-command of the Stag Lord's bandits. (Page 8 {Cyanne}/Page 9 {Party})

"Topper" Red: Human Male, 25-ish. Curly red hair. Former poet in Pitax, now a low-ranking bandit in Akiros's band. (Page 8 {Cyanne}/Page 9 {Party})

Buvormest: Female Nixie, Age Unknown. Is in love with Daen and lonely on her section of the Thorn River. (Page 9)

Bokken: Human Male, Somewhere between 40 and 65. Hermit. Possibly definitely insane. (Page 11)

Mikmek: Kobold Male, Age Unknown. Thinks he's tough, but it really not. (Page 14)

Nakpik: Kobold Male, Age Unknown. Thinks Mikmek is worthless. (Page 17)

Chief Sootscale: Kobold Male, Age Unknown. Leader of the Sootscales. Walks a fine line between bravado to his people and realpolitik with the big people. (Page 17)

Wanted: Tuskgutter:
Task: Every Greenbelt hunter has a story about Tuskgutter, each wilder than the last. Kesten Garress says that the local hunters may have a reward for whoever brings the huge boar's head to the trading post.
Reward: Maaay-be!
Svetlana's Ring

Task: Although his wife claims it’s not a big loss compared to what the bandits could have taken, Oleg knows the theft of her wedding ring has distressed her. She’s forbidden him from risking life and limb to recover it, but if anyone else can find the ring and return it to him, he’ll be very grateful.
Completion: Track down the ring. The bandits were the last to have it, but they might have lost or sold it already.
Reward: Oleg promises 1,000 gp in trading post credit if his wife’s ring can be recovered
Moon Radish Soup
Task: Oleg’s been under a lot of stress lately, and Svetlana would love to cook him his favorite meal (moon radish soup) to help him relax. Unfortunately, moon radishes are relatively rare. A patch grows about 16 miles south of the trading post.
Completion: Bring Svetlana a basket of moon radishes.
Kobolds in the Kamelands
Source: Wanted poster at Oleg’s Trading Post Task: The Sootscale kobolds dwell in a cave somewhere in the Kamelands. Normally not a problem, they’ve been riled up by something lately. Find their lair and ensure that the kobolds aren’t going to continue being a threat. Completion: Either slay the kobolds or forge an alliance of peace with them.
Reward: The swordlords send a reward of 800 gp once the kobold activity is under control
Wanted: Bandits
Source: Wanted poster at Oleg’s Trading Post Task: The bandits in the Greenbelt need to be shown that their actions will not be tolerated. Capture or defeat at least six of them to send a message.
Completion: Any six bandits defeated completes this quest.
Reward: One week after the sixth defeat, bandit activity is noticeably affected and the swordlords send a reward of 400 gp.
