Just a couple things I noticed, hope you don't mind me looking over your level up.
We don't get another +1 to perception and piloting until level 5, then it's every 3 levels after that.
Also weapon specialization for our class says this:
You gain Weapon Specialization as a bonus feat for each weapon type this class grants you proficiency with.
So you can use it on more than just pistols.

When I moved the ship it was with a +2 speed bonus, I'm not sure if Abes diverting energy to the shields effects me this round or next, if it's this round then we should be two spaces closer to the Rictus.

Looks like people forgot PEMDAS so they were calculating Starship DC's as significantly higher. Looks like the DC's will be a bit lower now, more often than not.

Yea ship combat is brutal. I am just hoping enough tweaking and iterations help clean it up. Anything I can put out from my end to help clean up the round status' to help it be more easily understandable?
@Kcectic the movement boost was for last round's movement which was the reason for the tweak that placed you in it's rear arc causing it not to shoot. No gun in the rear arc.

Unless you've leveled out of Mystic, not sure you can use them Magic Missile gems. Not on the spell list, I think.

Sounds good! Xynen hasn't posted anywhere on the boards on any of his characters since Dec 21, with no posts on any games as to being out.
Anyone have a name or two for recruitment as this only places us at 3 players? Probably recruit just one in case Xynen comes back.

On another note. I believe Kcectic had your backup generator armor upgrade. That may come in handy if someone may need it.

While waiting to see what happens with the interpreter. I know a couple of you have already rolled some survival checks. If we could whomever is going to be doing the tracking could you roll around 12 survival checks. That will help speed along this process in the long run.

@ Abe - I don't think Zane has powered armor yet. He just got a Lashunta Ringwear. The Power Generator is to power - powered armor - right? Pardon my ignorance. I'm learning the system on the fly.
If you wear Powered armor. Take it. If it's a "carrying thing" I can do it, but if we have someone hump the food, I'm actually not encumbered right now. 1 bulk puts me over.
My AC is now 20 and 22. I think that's really good for 3rd level right?
Lastly, Zane contributes the 170 credits.

The backup generator is just that - a backup generator. It takes one slot in any armor, but it does weigh in at 1 bulk.
You can connect charged electric items such as batteries to this miniature generator to recharge them. The electricity comes from the kinetic energy of your movement, which generates 1 charge every 10 minutes of movement. No more than one item can be plugged in at a time, and the generator doesn’t produce charges when you’re resting or otherwise stationary.
Now that I look at your armor though, it does not come with an available slot, so I guess I'll have to take it, making me encumbered. I can drop my pack in combat though to lighten the load for that, but overland I will be a bit slower (as will you - your movement is reduced by 5' in that armor I think).
One thing I can't seem to find though is the rule on how long it takes to swap out an upgrade? Anybody know that one?

10 minutes to install a new armor upgrade.
I’m working on my own encumbrance. An industrial backpack helps a little, but carrying extra supplies is brutal. I see a lot of backpack dropping at the start of combat in our futures.

Okay. I see now. I was looking at the Powere Armor section when I did a Generator search. Your answer is much better. I'll carry it. I DO have a slot with the Ringwear II. It says, Slot 1 - I'll plug up and be the meatshield/battery pack for the party. I specialize in Lazers, so I want this.
I am also buying an Industrial Backpack. I am now unencombered, but have a backpack just for food. I will be dropping that pack at the start of combat. I may just use Survival to live off the land.

I bought 5 weeks of field rations without realizing the weight (next time I’ll get MREs). I can carry 3 without an issue, and I’ll pass 2 on to the interpreter/pack animal.
I’ve got an industrial backpack, but I just realized it doesn’t kick in for odd-numbered strength ability scores (Dash has an 11 Strength). I’ll switch with Abe, which will allow him to carry 1 more bulk.
