@Gregory - That's fine. If there's anyone else who wants to make a similar PFS swap (scribe scroll for spell focus, or whatever), that's fine too.

Since that's the case, I'll have Iolyn take 'Spell Focus (Evocation)' instead of 'Scribe Scroll' as my wizard feat, and 'Spell Specialisation (Burning Hands)' instead of 'Spell Focus' as my first level feat.

It would be simpler if helio just ran six games, we have enough players. I'd like to wish everyone well, there are so many good characters I've read that the eventual party should rock.

Yes, good luck. I know choosing the players from such a large group of good characters is not easy and will take some time. Yet I find myself almost holding my breath. :)

It's a lot of characters to parse through. Give him time, it's not like PBP APs are quick to end.

It's so hard to narrow the selection down, I'm seriously considering running two tables. I'm just not sure I can actually swing keeping both games moving at a good pace, with proper npc/plot/kingdom/whatever development for both groups.

In either case, I should have a decision by tomorrow. Look forward to it!

dont over extend yourself Helio, if your not sure you can run 2 games then dont :). though im sure i speak for every applicant. we woould love to have 2 more games going heh

I've done two games at once before and its hard to handle when life goes against you. Great when things are going fine though. It all depends on your work/life balance.

There are plenty of GMs who do it on these boards.

In my previous game of Kingmaker the DM tried to run two groups at the same time in the same world. And he did it for months. When it was running well it was fun, but two separate groups would have been better. When we were all together it was so easy for one busy person to delay the game.

Do what you think is best and can handle Helio.

Everyone else the wait continues, can you feel the grating on your nerves cause I can. xP

Take your time, Helio! Whatever decision you come to regarding a party or parties, I'm sure it's gonna be a lot of fun.

So... after much debate, I've decided to only run one group. I'd love to give everyone a chance to play, but I just don't think the game would be as good as it could be if I do.

And without any further delay, the mighty heroes that will venture into the Stolen Lands and try to tame it are:

Hadin 'The Pale' Cassoren, the Human Erasta-din
Wetscale, the Lizardfolk monk
Dendarial, the Elven falconer
Tyanos Strostia, the Aasimar sorcerer
Thomas Leafbearer, the Half-Elven cleric of Iomedae
and Karina Orlovsky, the Human investigator.

That was an incredibly difficult decision, and everyone offered awesome characters. I wish everyone the greatest of luck in their next endeavors!

For those accepted, the discussion thread is going up right after this post, and the first gameplay post within an hour or two.
