Cool, changed it already, I took the earning your freedom trait.
If you don't mind my asking. Why the 18 str? Multiclassing?

Hajar nar Jundi |

"I am the Fire of Heaven, Hajar. The walking dead cannot stand against it."
My dear friend Hamzah, the Dawnflower blesses us with greater power yes. It is our duty to see that her light spreads to all who witness the glory of the dawn! In Kelmarane we will illuminate the deviants there to her glory.
As Hajar says this his hand gestures and expressions convey the deepest sincerity that all things are possible through faith.

I'm still thinking of putting that into wis, for a more balanced druid, casting spells then wildshaping to join the fray. If I keep it this way, highest spell level for a druid is 6 so a +2 wis item will fill that in if we ever get to higher level.
It also opens up the possibility of dipping into barbarian, which I also like to play.

Hey Dave, who are the confirmed players at this point?
If you were planning on taking Raj, the other Wizard, then I can switch to a different class. I would probably go ranger or another frontline character.

Al-Akim Naziri |

Dave,
I was planning on playing a wizard, primarily because I didn't see that we were going to have any arcane support. I'm not familiar with them at all, and I really don't want to pull away from someone's specialization.
I can keep the same story with just a few alterations, but I think I would like to switch classes if that's okay. If you would prefer me to stay Wizard as that is what I submitted, then that's fine also.
Edit: I would probably go Ranger, with a lot of Desert Survival capabilities. (just saw your post, that you would like the change. I will get started writing up this character)

Fluff for Tiefling Rogue :
Camp trait: Born in Kelmarane
Originally from Kelmarane and a childhood friend of Jim , Miles and his family were located Kelmarane when the tragedy occurred. He doesn't remember much but all of them died that day except for his mother. The earliest thing he could remember was living in katapesh.
When she passed about a about a year ago he found s hidden a Puzzle locked box. Eventually he finished the puzzle lock and inside he found a birth certificate of him being born in Kelmarane
Thus Miles took it upon himself to become an someone who could one day return to the overrunned city in order to find out more about himself.
Although she never spoke of Kelmarane and always told mile that everyone died when he was but a child in a horrific tragedy where the house was burned to the ground.
in the locked bock he also found a silver ring bearing a strange sigil that no one was able to recognize. Apparently there wasn't many people who where able to flee from Kelmarane
Miles having to train himself and basically fend off the tough rules on Katapesh in order to make a living. Not one for wetworks, assassinations, or open robbery, Miles preferred to be a tinkerer, familiarizing himself with a variety of different makes and models of locks and traps. It was often his role to accompany "enforcers" to the home of a target and grant them entry so that others could threaten, intimidate, or sometimes murder their target.
It was also his role to purloin what other rogues saw as their own property from the hands of those who didn't have anything better to do with it than keep it behind lock and key. And in spite of the criminal nature of his actions, he rather enjoyed the challenges set forth, and likewise had great motivation not to be caught
When Miles heard that Garavel was looking for brave men and women to aid in retaking the village of Kelmarane from a tribe of gnolls in the service of the notorious Carrion King, he knew that this was his chance, to uncover more of his past and signed up immediately.

@Algar Why knife master if Miles isn't a wetwork guy? Trapmaster is one that fits your fluff
@Leyli I think so yes.

![]() |

Hajar: because that is was he was in the beginning but as it turns out he did figure out that he needed to defend himself as he had a more of a lone rogue operation. :) working as hired help.
he does have all the face skill + recon / trap and stealth. he is more of a polyvalent rogue then any thing else.
The knife master if his ace in the Boot in order to surprise those would would want to double cross him

Hajar nar Jundi |

@Algar Ahh ok I get it. Welcome aboard

Leyli Wildspeaker |

Do you care to have your pet go in the same combat round as you?
I was going to say that actually, so I don't lag the game.

Leyli Wildspeaker |

I'm not a rules person but the way I understand it, your sneak attack damage on lvl 1 would be 1d6+1 for outsiders, then add 1 for every 2 levels after so at level 3 it becomes 2d6+2.

Hajar nar Jundi |

I believe Hamzah is correct yes.

Leyli Wildspeaker |

I might not be able to post that much on saturday night, PST. Just a heads up.

Just wanted to point out that Raj's guess that an Efreet is behind this is not because of meta-gaming; in his family Efreet are regarded as special enemies, and because of his family's lore Raj has always lived with the fear that an Efreet would one day track him down and rain fiery destruction.

Al-Akim Naziri |

Sorry for not posting last night guys. I had softball, I thought I would get a chance, but I passed out when I got home. (Too much beer after the game).
Great job with the fire though!

Leyli Wildspeaker |

I don't have any knowledge of this AP so everything is pretty much a mystery to me lol
