Round 3, Init 16
Ward manages to jump away from some sort of force bubble the evil wizard tried to trap him in."Nice try but I won't be taken out of this fight so easily." He then lets loose with another volley of arrows at the wizard.
Piddlespot I'm almost out of arrows, I hope this fights over soon.
Deadly aim, rapid shot and many shot.

"Protection from fire? That makes me sad. Let's see how well she does with an enraged flying barbarian."
Pad uses a move action with Spectral Hand to touch Savage with See Invisibility as a standard action.
@Savage: no need to roll miss chance since Pad's initiative is before yours.

Gerri manages to discern, that Wu has a protection from energy going. But then Ward slams even more arrows into her, and with a crash she comes down.
Upon the defeat of the Sisters Wu, the Emissary formally declares you the champions of the Ruby Phoenix Tournament, and Marthysan ceremoniously passes the title to you by awarding each of you a single phoenix tail feather. In addition to their winnings from past rounds and access to Hao Jin’s legendary collection of wonders, you are also invited back to the 32nd Ruby Phoenix Tournament, to be held in 10 years’ time on Xielan Island, as it has been for over 300 years.
After a night of celebration, the Emissary and the archbanker of the Grand Bank of Abadar approach you to escort you to Hao Jin’s fabled collection. Located in a massive underground vault beneath the Abadaran bank, the legendary collection contains wonders beyond the ability to be catalogued. You are collectively permitted a single item from the collection, which includes countless artifacts both minor and major, and nonmagical items of incredible beauty and value from throughout history. For the most part, anything you want can be found here, except wholly unique items known to exist elsewhere than in this collection.
You find yourselves celebrities in Goka, and even in other major Tian cities. But with fame comes enemies, and you are sure to have made a few in winning the tournament and foiling the plans of the Sisters Wu, the Golden League, and the Aspis Consortium.
Whatever adventures lie in your future, in 10 years you will have the chance to participate in another Ruby Phoenix Tournament—as judges.
And thanks for playing!
And the opponents were not really a match for this party. In a homegame I'd have bumped them up.

Thank you DM PeteZero for sticking with it the entire three months. I will be GM'ing this online on VTT and will do my best to discourage more than four players and 10-11th levels only. Are you planning to run any more high level modules?
DM PeteZero |
And Savage gets it ;) (or not)
I guess 4 players is enough, but depends a bit on the builds.
No, I don't have time to run another high level module soon. Next adventure I will probably run for the PbP gameday at the end of March.
And I learned some things. For another PbP, esp., high level, I would require all players to have their buffs listed in each post, this made life easier when we started it.

Thanks DM PeteZero for running and getting us all the way through this.
High Level mods can be hit or miss depending on the player builds, and we had some pretty powerful one.
Would you mind posting another Chronicle sheet for slow track, please?
1/2 xp, 1/2 prestige and slow gold.
Woot!!! Potion of Stoneskin (CL15) and Potion of Barksin (CL9) [hmmm... I assume that is supose to be Barkskin]
Was the Stone of Luck, the black stone I had been carrying the whole tournament?

Awesome, and thanks for running it with our motley crew. Dora had a grand adventure and fantastic food with super friends. Winning was icing on the cake.
Great time had as a player as well. Loved the teamwork and shared buffs.
