How?
I was wrong, 3 times before you need the check, but...

They are able to be used reliably a number of times per day equal to 1 plus half the class level of the artificer who built the device (rounding up, naturally).

I thought it was 5 a day, flat rate. Either way, next round.


The map was misnamed because I thought I had to upload different copies for each round when I uploaded it. Turns out, the drawing updates in real-time as I do changes, so I will change the battlemap title to be less confusing.

We are posting actions for round 4, and you wake up after Caln's turn on round 4. The last recap I posted was for round 3. I'm sorry for the confusion, I didn't add the usual round 3 recap title this time. My bad.

Did someone find that "grease" from a grease spell was flammable? I thought I'd read it wasn't. Not complaining, just confirming our interpretation.


Yep, that's houseruled, as is the firebombers' exploding whenever Arthur throws fire on them. I just like grease fires.

I realized I never took a new feat at level 3 so I will do that now and considering how poorly I roll for HP I will take toughness (yay, 4 more HP).

1 ability point will be spent to raise Wisdom to 19 (that's right, Caln is super wise).

Updated Caln's profile to reflect level 4 stats

Excellent, for some reason I thought you had to pick the method before you rolled. Going back and checking then good old Caln gets 3 more HP total.

Don't worry Arwen, I'm in no danger of running out of plot. Like I said, I have a "grand framework", an overarching story, for this campaign up to and including level 20. If, that is, you all stick with me to the end. Here's hoping that you do. :)

That being said, I know I did throw some levels at you pretty quickly. In fairness, your combat encounters have been pretty hefty.

items with no assignation can be sold in order to gain the cash by the party

cash => is allready rounded and divided for each in the party

Letting the talky people have a go... not dis-interested. Also, busy time at work, so it works on my end.

Jaxx has decent charisma, but is not talky (no ranks in Diplomacy).
