After casting buffs and summoning monsters (Aidon, please let us know what you summoned), the party rows the boats forward carefully.
As Relan pushes the seaweed aside to force the boat through, he looks up and true to their guess, he counts six giant water spiders on the ledge or on the water in front of them. A couple turn to look at the party and as the valiant fighter raises his polearm to take them on, a small blue head appears over the edge of the ledge.
It smiles and waves at the party and then clicks its tongue. The spiders immediately scurry back towards the mite and adopt a relaxed stationary posture, pulsing up and down on their eight legs.

Andel speaks back and forth with the mite for a few moments, shouting up the ledge and then finally turns back to the party quickly, nearly overturning the rowboat.
Once he rights himself, he says "Um, this one recognizes us from before and will escort us through to the stairs below."

After Relan docks the boat, Vuloo climbs out and winks at the mite, "Gentlemen and Braelex, let us return to visit our friend the ghoul."

Passing with the mite escort through the vermin lair, they bid you farewell at the top of the stairs down to the next level, where you find Brikbrak waiting for you to return back from beneath. After a few moments of confusion, he gets straightened out and the party heads down the stairs past the ancient statue of Alaznist from whence Relan's ranseur came and south through the doors. As you turn east, however the smell of charred hair and brimstone hits you like a wall and the sounds of growls and perhaps even inhuman voice speaking are just barely evident.
It comes from the east and is far off enough that you cannot make out any details, but it most certainly wasn't there the last couple times you came through here.

The party follows Relan around the corner and traces the smell and sounds to the north. They turn to the east back towards the entrance to the water area when they see the door at the end of the hall close shut.

Braelex moves up to take a position near the door, quickly and quietly listening for activity on the other side. Aidon follows and the warriors move in and take a defensive posture near the door.
Rustling and movement can be heard on the other side of the door as well as the slight crackle of flame. The scent of scorched hair and brimstone is strongest here.
Andel moves forward but pauses halfway down the hall and draws an arrow back on his string aiming at the door.
I moved everyone ahead of Andel more than one move action. If you intended to only move one move action and then ready for <insert condition>, please let me know and I'll move you back

Braelex readies her crossbow and Aidon peers expectantly next to him. Relan looks to the party once and then steps forward throwing the door open ...
... and is immediately engulfed in flames as fire shoots from the doorway spraying across the warrior and Fulmen

Standing across from him is a creature resembling a thin, lanky wolf with reddish-brown fur, white claws, and burning, fiery red eyes.
Behind the wolf-like creature are several nupperibo and lemure all moving and jockeying for position.
Braelex can fire her readied crossbow ... at Relan for his standard action and then others for their follow on actions.

Braelex catches the hound in the flank with a bolt as Relan stumbles backward to try and evade the flame. The warrior steadies himself and stabs out with a vicious blow causing the hound to yelp and stumble, but it holds its ground.
Fulmen enhances his quarterstaff and steps in front of Relan blocking the door.
The nupperibo and lemures shuffle behind the hell hound and one of the fleshy creatures moves in next to the hound to attack Fulmen clawing him for a minor wound.
Vuloo advances while Andel fires into the melee, striking the hound between the eyes and dropping it.
A spread of grease appears under Relan and Fulmen. (Both of you make a DC12 Reflex Save or fall prone ... see other movement effects under grease)
On the other side of the room, a flying imp appears next to Aidon and Braelex attacking the summoner with its poison stinger (Note save below)

Aidon moves away ducking under an attack from the imp, and summons his eagles again. The eagles claw and bite at the imp, who giggles hysterically until one gets a claw through cutting it.
Relan rises and cleaves the lemure in half.
Braelex drinks her potion and moves without incident as the nupperibo stumble in behind the sceond lemure and stab fruitlessly at Fulmen who hammers back at the creature crushing its skull. The second lemure flows into the doorway and swings its arms recklessly scoring two hits on the druid.
Vuloo and Andel fire at the imp and misses. The creature laughs evilly and disappears.

Aidon casts a quick spell, hastening the movements and muscles of himself the front line and Braelex. (can you target her if she's invisible? hmm, interesting question to ponder later)
Braelex levels her crossbow and looks for an opening, Vuloo standing in her way. (Not sure what you're waiting for? Vuloo to move?)
The nuperibo continue to line up, the front one striking with its spear but nearly drops it in its shaky hands.
Relan stabs at the new lemure and drops it and with the enhanced speed takes another jab at the Nuperibo skewering it as well.
Fulmen steps forward and attacks the last remaining visible foe, the final nupperibo beating it to a pulp.
Vuloo blesses the party and Andel draws back his bow waiting for the imp to reappear, but first a buzzing child accuser devil, the style like you saw earlier but with a different cherub face, appears south of Relan and bites at him, fangs dripping with acid and foulness. They sink deep burning and passing infection.
The imp appears hovering north of Relan, and Andel lets off his shot missing wide. The cackling flying devil stabs its stinger into the warrior's shoulders poison pumping into his arm. (2 Fort Saves in the spoiler below)

Aidon's eagles move in to surround the imp as best they can, getting in quite a few blows and while the imp shrugs off most of it, it starts to bleed a bit.
Braelex loots around in Vuloo's backpack, slipping out a handful of silver bolts without the halfling or anyone else noticing. She loads one into her crossbow. Relan steps to the north out of the grease and takes a couple powerful jabs and the child-like devil fly, gouging it massively causing it to hiss and spit acid as vile devil ichor sprays from its abdomen.
Fulmen joins Relan near the grease swinging at the injured imp and bludgeoning it out of the sky, unconscious and bleeding, although the creature's wounds are visibly stitching themselves up.
Vuloo moves by Andel and the bard fires a covering shot at the buzzing devil but misses again. The two of them sigh at each other until the ground around them swarms with spiders which clamber over them biting and distracting (Damage and Saves for Vuloo, Andel and Amiculus in the spoiler below)
The injured accuser devil moves north chasing Relan and attacks him again chomping just short as the warrior fends him off with the half of his weapon. A second devil appears to the east of Fulmen and chomps on to his shoulder, the sizzling of his flesh apparent to all as the little demon lets out a child-like giggle. This one you recognize as Lord Baz.
The imp opens its eyes on the ground and cringes, disappearing from sight.
