Shard of Greed:
Avarice washes through your body .. almost crushing any charitable nature you have. You immediately have the desire to possess wealth and the trappings of wealth. You find yourself appraising and assessing what you're wearing and finding yourself lacking, you are embarrassed and somewhat ill. ( You gain the sickened condition. Find and wear 500gp/level worth of jewelry to overcome this part of the curse ... not magical value, just material value). You also are loathe to part with anything you own, and knowing that if you did so, it would cause you severe mental anguish ... until you feel something slide in over this though and mask it as if it is no longer yours. (The ioun stone suppresses this part of the curse, you can sell or part with things without harm ... however, you still need to maintain the 500gp/level in jewelry above) You find yourself able to perceive time quicker. As long as you possess the shard you gain a +2 insight bonus to transumation spell saves, a +1 insight bonus on attack rolls and the ability to use haste as a spell-like ability 1/day.
Shard of Gluttany:
The Shard of Gluttony is made of pale inubrix. As long as the Shard of Gluttony is carried, its owner can use vampiric touch as a spell-like ability once per day, gains a +2 insight bonus on saves versus necromancy spells, and increases his maximum hit points by 1 point per Hit Die. Curse: The owner is always hungry and thirsty, and is sickened whenever he has not eaten food in the past hour. The owner must make a DC 20 Will save to resist consuming any food or beverage (including potions and the like) he carries immediately. If the save is successful, the owner can resist the urge for 1 hour before being forced to make the save again.
