Another trip...
I leave for New York City around noon tomorrow and from there will leave for 11 days in China on Wednesday. I will be back late on Saturday April 7 and begin to catch up on April 8th. And yes I know I just got back from a trip.
I will have an iPad with me (better than posting from a phone) and should have internet most of the time but there are three days that are remote so I am almost sure I will not have internet all the time. I will do my best to post some but please both me instead of waiting for me. This is my last trip longer than a long weekend I have planned for the entire year.

Herolab is giving me a +1 Inside bonus from something. To be honest I am unsure what that is and assumed it was one of those +1s. I'll look more closely later.

Its suppose to be my job to keep up with side quests. Looking back I found this:
Mortimer Pug, owner of Pug's Contraptions in Ordeila, here in Magnimar, who has been desperate to get his hands on pieces of the Ardoc constructs to increase his competitive bid against the Golemworks. I'd love to aid my friend if possible, but Sheila has me on lockdown given my ... uh, past."
He looks about sheepishly, "You'd have to convince her to let me go, but even if you couldn't, I know that Mortimer would pay well if you could get a few pounds of scrap from different types of Ardoc constructs."
It seems like we are in a position to harvest some parts while in this manor. Might as well. If ok, Relan will go gather parts from those constructs the party has killed. Taking extra time here might let the invisibility wear off that thing we were fighting.

I am unsure what to do first. I actually do not recall exactly what we agreed to do and how to complete it. Honestly Relan, with the shard of greed, would like to completely loot the house before we leave. While that might not really be reasonable lets at least pick up what we can. Relan does intend to get those wings off the wizard before he returned to his family.
What are our options?

Just meant that you need to scroll through the room descriptions and tell me what you want to take whether it's a painting on the wall or a book collection from the library, or go explore a room or portion of the map that you didnt explore before. You can assume none of the constructs inside the building will attack you, unless you attack them.

I'd take the golemsbane scarab. Nothing else is of true value to me. Lets sell what is not claimed.
Perhaps with detect magic we might find the rods in the gazebo?

We should keep the dagger, never know when we might need to cut something or fight something with DR/admantine. Other than that I agree with Relan we should sell the rest for gold.

Question. People loosing 17 points of strength that had only say 10 would be a zero strength and not negative 7, correct?
Relan has a potion of lesser restoration. If he fed it to Vuloo then he could cast Lesser Restorations enough to get us at least moving again. How much strength would the oracle need to cast spells?

Nalor, I disagree. The symbol, per the spell does damage and not drain. DM Fflash seems to agree as he posted just above you, but at the same time so I bet you missed it.
And while I agree that strength damage can only take you to zero I am not sure about strength drain. Its not at play here so I'll put that one away
There are a few interesting rules that could come up here. How much strength would you need to cast a spell with verbal and somatic components? Best I can tell is a strength of 1 would be enough, but that would be a GM call I guess.
Also a belt of Strength (Or other item that gives a strength bonus like Relan's ioun stone) is interesting, as I am pretty sure you cannot loose strength below its bonus. So had the symbol done say 21 points of strength Relan would still be at 2 points as he cannot loose more than the 19 points of his natural strength.
With this understanding Relan will give Vuloo his potion of Lesser Restoration.

Relan levels to 9th level fighter.
HP: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
BAB, Reflex and Will saves, all increase by 1
Fighter Weapon training for pole arms also increases by 1
He gains another Weapon Training in Pole Arms and from this picks up Weapon Specialist. This grants him Weapon Focus and Weapon Specialization.
He gains a fighter feat and takes Cut from the air which will allow him to make an aoo against missile fire to knock it out of the air.
He gains a feat at level 9. He takes Advanced Weapon Training and picks up Warrior Spirit. 3 times a day he can imbue a chosen weapon with an enhancement of his weapon training bonus (+2)+1 which lasts for a minute.
He gains 6 skill points, puts 2 into knowledge planes, 2 into knowledge religion, one into survival and one into perception.

Awesome, 5th level spells!
HP: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
BAB stays the same but Fort and Ref save get +1.
In place of my 9th level feat I'll pick up an Arcane Discovery; Opposition Research [Transmutation]. This means I can prep transmutation spells normally, which should greatly boost Nalar's range of buffs for the team! Also makes it easier to make items, so that's nice.
Distributing skill-points evenly, keeping everything maxed out.
For spells:
+1 Third level spell
+1 Fifth level spell
New spells: Dominate Person, Teleport
I'll pick more spells up once we figure out what loot we have.

We don't seem to have a cohesive plan here. Braelex, you need to do as much damage to the creature as you can as quickly as you can. Nalar, if you cannot dispel the enchantment perhaps you can get our healer in a protection from evil aura where he can at least get another save?

Just want take a moment to apologize to everyone for the lack of participation on my part. I'm currently in my final year of nursing training and I'm currently on clinical placement with another three weeks to go in medical ward so it's pretty full on. Plus in May I've another three week placement in ED which will also consume my time.
I do want to keep playing but I understand if I'm slowing things down. I'd be happy to open to botting if that'll speed things up?
