So, when my laptop died a few weeks ago and I used the onboard desperation backup utility, it apparently didn't think that the hex map files were worth saving. I have them at work, where one of the IT folks pulled the hard drive and copied everything from it, but (not thinking I would need it) I didn't bring the backup home yet. So I'll get the map up tomorrow. Sorry!
I'm going to be out on the road through Sunday, so posting will be intermittent. Phones kind of suck for that sort of thing :-(.
You should get an Ipad... Then you could take 45 minutes to post instead of an hour like you normally would with a phone. :P
On vacation this week, but internet connection at home has been spotty lately, and I will be leaving for Gencon on Tuesday, so if anything comes up, please bot me, just in case I dont have access/time.
@Adam: I had some modest success using my wife's Android tablet connected through my phone, but that didn't work as well when I got up into the wilds of Upper Michigan. The Keweenaw Peninsula is a beautiful place, but cell reception up there sucks. What I'd really need is a specialized keyboard with square brackets and slashes on the front part.

That was my sorrowful attempt at a joke, not really intending you to get an Ipad. I was just saying how difficult it is to use phones and Ipads to type.

I totally agree. I even have physical querty keyboard buttons on my android phone and it's STILL a pain in the butt to post from it. Maybe if I had a Transformer Prime or something, but at that point I almost might as well be carrying around a laptop.

Sorry about the slow pace since I got back; still catching up on sleep (luckily, no one came by my office while I was passed out at my desk this afternoon), and probably fighting off some flavor of con crud.
That's okay. I lost the dot on the main thread since August 29th, so I've got quite a bit to catch up on.
Just to add to the pile, the end of the fiscal year is at hand at work, and I have a ton of stuff to deal with as people try to get things done at the last minute...and I'm one of the people who gets to sign off on it.

Laptop still down, and we had a lot of people over for the weekend. I'll get a map together and the bandits' actions up sometime today.
As much as I hate to, I am going to step out of this game. I am the local Pathfinder Society coordinator, and have events to prep for the next five weekends in a row (Burg Comics Con in Harrisburg, IL; FlatCon in Bloomington, IL; Brewfest in Cape Girardeau, MO, and two local game days), and I dont believe I will be able to give enough time to this game to keep playing.

That's a pile of cons in the short term; I can see where that looks pretty daunting, especially as you have a life to lead outside PFS. (No, really.) Tell you what--the party, as I discussed elsewhere, punches above its weight in terms of damage output. I think you can get by without your cavalier for a while. How about a retcon where Jacyn escorted Vekkel Benzen back to the trading post? I won't recruit a replacement for a while, and if we get into late November and you have more time you can come back. Opinions?
(And I have to apologize again wrt how well I've been keeping up the pace lately. Losing my home computer has taken a bigger bite out of my time than I thought it would. The good news is that it was just the hard drive, so I won't need to replace it; the bad news is that getting a new hard drive and rebuilding the system is going to take more time than replacing the laptop would.)

Cons were great. Our local one was rather new, so we only had a single new player, but several of my other locals did come out, so we had a good time anyway.
FlatCon (in Bloomington IL) and Brewfest (in Cape Girareau MO) were both a lot of fun. Met a lot of cool people for the first time, getting to meet them face to face after talking to them on the boads was awesome. Ran a lot of good tables, got my 3rd GM star for PFS, and got my first character to level 12 in PFS.
Gotta try to fit in two tier 7-11 tables so my wife can have her main hit 12 as well so we can play through Eyes of the Ten together at Winter War (in Champaign IL) in January under Kyle Baird, lol.

Re the bonuses from Master Tactician, since a minimum of one isn't specified it offers no bonus until Cl2 and Cl3, respectively (since 3/4 should round up to 1).
