Sister Azmaria, no stress from us, heal up and be well!
We will assume your character comes along with the group to Endurant.
Eli, once people have a chance to respond about mounts and such, please post a brief summary of how many mules you have total and how much group funds are left in the box. Thanks!
Poterol, if you don't mind terribly, perhaps you could keep track of the "group rations" ... So, remind us how many days rations you have for everyone, and then subtract accordingly when a I say a certain amount are used up. Thanks!
Kiwyn, buying bloodblock is fine.
Poterol, Kaya, and Chap, please add your favorite skill, etc. to Cernan's chart.
Have a great day, everyone! :)

I hope you feel better soon Azmaria.
Thank you Angelina. An since it won't let me link directly to the entry for the vial I'll post the entry here for you, just in case you need it.
Vial of Efficacious Medicine
Source Alchemy Manual
Price 700 gp; Slot none; CL 5th; Weight —; Aura faint conjuration
DESCRIPTION
This bulbous bottle is crafted of smoked glass and causes any liquid contained within to take on a significantly darker cast and twinkle with motes of beautiful white light.
A vial of efficacious medicine can hold a single dose of an alchemical remedy, such as antitoxin or antiplague. Loading a remedy into the vial is a standard action that provokes attacks of opportunity. When an alchemical remedy is imbibed or applied from the vial, any alchemical bonus it grants on saving throws or checks or to AC or CMD increases by 2. Treat this increase as an enhancement bonus. In addition, the user is healed of 1d8+5 points of damage. A vial of efficacious medicine can be used up to three times per day.

Elysium "Eli" Blackdun |

Very well, by my math, 5 silver per ration * 13 cousins (Not counting Poterol) * 7 days = 45.5 gold. Minus the 4 plat from Eli, and Poterol will cover the rest. That means there are 91 'units' of rations in the party pot.
If you check Eli's math, he actually covered it all - it just comes out of the extra he put toward other things (like donkeys and their stuff). In the end, Poterol pays nothing, and ends up with three silver (I think). Check his total math to be sure, but I feel that it's covered entirely, if I recall.
Otherwise, awesome!

Cernan the Patient |

Cernan would prefer not to get paid until he's actually done something, so he's not going to bother to quibble about mules or rations.

Elysium "Eli" Blackdun |

Can I see your math for the rations? The standard one I linked are 5 silver each. There should be no way that you get 3 silver left after any math.
I wasn't just including the rations, but also the mule stuff.
(5 gp for a pack saddle, 10 gp for a riding saddle, 20 gp for a military saddle, plus 4 gp for saddle bags, 2 gp for bit and bridle)
Eli would distribute 4 platinum from the box to get rations enough for everyone, as well as <8*12=96> 10 platinum for the acquisition of twelve donkeys and 14 platinum for the acquisition of eleven riding saddles and 11 bit-and-bridles, and 1 pack saddle. He would release <7*5*12=420; 420/100 = 4.2; 11*4 = 44> 5 more platinum should cover enough to get feed for all the mules for seven days, and saddle bags for them all. In total, the cost should be: 45.5+96+4.2+44 = 189.7 gold. Eli's released 19 platinum. Peterol should return with 3 silvers.
My math seems off somewhere, but you can see (more or less) how I cam to the conclusion.
- 4 Platinum: 40 gold (rations) = -5.5 g
Donkeys: cost: 96 gold for 12 donkeys <8 gold each * 12 donkeys = 96>
- 10 Platinum: 100 gold (donkeys) = +4 g
Donkey Equipment: cost <{22+44+110+5+4.2 gold = 185.2}>
{5 gold per pack saddle * 1 donkey = 5 gold}
{10 gold per riding saddle * 11 donkeys = 110 gold}
{4 gold per saddle bag * 11 donkeys = 44 gold}
{2 gold per bit and bridle * 11 donkeys = 22 gold}
{5 copper for feed/day * 7 days * 12 donkeys = 420 copper = 42 silver = 4.2 gold}
- 14 Platinum: 140 gold (donkey stuff) = -45.2 g
Where I made the mistake seems to be adding everything up along the way, accidentally folding some categories together or something.
So, ignoring what Eli's released above (because it's wrong):
Rations: cost 45.5 gold for 7 days <5 silver per ration * 13 cousins (Not counting Poterol) * 7 days = 45.5>
Donkeys: cost: 96 gold for 12 mules <8 gold each * 12 mules = 96>
Donkey Equipment: cost <{22+44+110+5+4.2 gold = 185.2}>
{5 gold per pack saddle * 1 mules = 5 gold}
{10 gold per riding saddle * 11 mules = 110 gold}
{4 gold per saddle bag * 11 mules = 44 gold}
{2 gold per bit and bridle * 11 mules = 22 gold}
{5 copper for feed/day * 7 days * 12 mules = 420 copper = 42 silver = 4.2 gold}
45.5+185.2+96 = 326.7 gold, total.
That should be 33 platinum, not 14. Quite the mistake!
Submitting this, so I don't lose it... again. >:(
Had more written, but accidentally shut the window. Will be posting again, shortly, or editing this.
So...
Cost: 326.7 gold
Released: 33 platinum = 330 gold
Change: 3.3 gold
THE BOX
Before: 50 platinum, 40 gold, 15 silver, 5 copper
Shopping: 33 platinum
Change: 3 gold, 3 silver
Final: 17 platinum, 43 gold, 18 silver, 5 copper
Animal Gear for my prices.
Okay, so, after about a dozen edits, I think that's everything. PLEASE CHECK MY MATH - I'm getting frustrated with the "eating the post" thing, and that tends to let mistakes creep in. It looks, to me, like it's been consistent throughout these edits, but headache, ADD, frustration, and distractions can yield errors. Please check it.
ADD+three-year-old = I really like people to check my math in general. I can really easily make mistakes these days. Guh.

BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARG. It ate my post a second time. It looked like it posted, and I'd copied the above stupid link, which was something I thought of adding after I hit "submit". Then it timed out/error.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!
*enters RAGE* :)
EVERYTHING BELOW THIS IS CONSIDERED EDIT (and several things above), probably multiple times:
---------------------------------------------
As I understand it, this isn't getting paid, this is getting us there to find out whats going on. Mules to carry us at 40ft speed, and rations to feed us as an expedition.
This is correct.
Effectively, this is using group funds for group benefit, not individual funds for individual benefit. All of it is organized for the purpose of helping the group travel faster, not need to worry about stopping for food (and has the side benefit of helping avoid too long a split in the party, as most are generally faster on mounts than those without, meaning we'll catch up).

Eli=common core
Azmaria method = here is 50 gold give me like 100 days of rations. and cause i'm a high volume customer throw in a cart and horse for free.
and this post took me nearly 10 min. to type with one finger of my good hand while waiting for pain meds to work.

*Serious hugz* Please, relax, be calm. Every one is understanding. I have a friend who's needed to have surgery on both arms/wrists. I truly can empathize with your plight. Don't increase the pain/trauma! Every one completely understands.
*More hugz*
Much cheers to all.

What she said.
Also, I am now no longer able to edit Cernan's spreadsheet from the Campaign Tab, but can from his name. Any known reason?

Cernan the Patient |

"Favored skill" etc. is something I thought up to let people know what characters are good at. We could add more columns as well, but this is just to get a sense of the characters at-a-glance. (For instance, Cernan is very good at Craft and Linguistics skills, but I figure he's going to be spouting knowledge a lot).

GM Angelina |

No idea, Eli.
Vincent, I am also hoping you'll confirm or update your favorite skill (and anything else) on Cernan's chart.
EDIT: And, Cernan, yes, I agree. I love the spreadsheet idea and I like the columns you made. Thanks! :)
EDIT 2: Also, big thanks to Eli and Poterol for figuring out/keeping track of group funds and group rations, respectively. You guys rock :)

Natanja Ogenj |

@GM Angelina: re the mule -- just stated as purchasing so Eli knows that Natanja is taking a mule and saddle... I realise she wasn't paying for it separately ... sorry for the confusion.

Elysium "Eli" Blackdun |

Ah, thanks for the clarification, Natanja; I wasn't sure.
I'd ask, if everyone doesn't mind, only those doing exceptions to the norm note that they're getting something, or, if you accept and want to acknowledge that, make an in-character note of specifically thanking or interacting Poterol or Eli (or Angelina!) for the mule. If you don't care for a mule, Eli would still purchase one for you, unless you purchase a different mount.
The reasons are as stated: to help keep the group together, and allow us a faster travel time over-all.
Thanks! This is a fascinating game, and all these cousins are... interesting! :D

GM Angelina |

Shyness, Vincent probably just put that in a spoiler tag since it's not essential to the plot, so that busy players can easily skip it.
He didn't have to put it in a spoiler tag, but it's fine that he did, and it's fine for you to read it.
It would only be spoiler tags like "Response to GM in Dream" or "Natanja whispers to Arabeth" that your character shouldn't be aware of. :)
Also, Vincent, I don't see a pad or ink pen or whatever in your equipment. You may want to add it, and subtract funds. I like the flavor of your character doodling the others. :)

And in the Kits section there is a Scrivener's kit

Elysium "Eli" Blackdun |

You might want to make it rice paper, at 5c/page, it's (relatively) cheap, and easily acquirable.
By spending three gold, total, you could get a scrivener's kit (linked above), and 20 pages. (It's 20 pages per gold piece.)
You could easily section a normal piece of paper into quarters (especially with his skill at daggers), thus making it, effectively, 1.25 coppers per drawing. That's 80 drawings for a gold piece. Good money spent, I'd say.
Excellent links, Liseth.

Cernan the Patient |

...I should probably pick up some of this stuff as well, since Cernan is trained in Profession (scribe) and (librarian) as well as Craft (painter).
And the mule will help quite a bit with hauling around my 40+ lbs of masterwork artisan's tools and forensic alchemy supplies. Hmm, I guess I hired a pretty big wagon to get here.

Sister Azmaria |

spread sheet updated.
got x-rays today and some new meds for pain and inflammation.
next to the Orthopedic specialist and MRI
I feel like I'm slacking in posting.. I'm sorry... maybe I'll be extra preachy later.
I had hoped to be better friends with Vincent (we are not much different in age. maybe later.
either way if I don't get to post it... assume Azmaria spends time trying to get to know Vincent better.
as far as the mules go...Sister A will go with whatever is given to her.
she would prefer a Satomobile but guess its not quite available yet.

I've used rice paper...
1. its edible
2. it falls apart (into mush) if it gets wet.

Cool, I'm used to a "if it isn't addressed to you in some way, stay out" philosophy.
=)

Natanja Ogenj |

Okay, so we're currently in two groups going to Endurant. The first is led by Chap and the second by Eli.
Who's in which group? Helps knowing for rp.
Natanja and Oko are in the second group.

Poterol |

Natanja Ogenj |

I did just read that the groups came together some time into the trip. My question was more related to events that were still in play as we were in separate groups. Shrugs.

GM Angelina |

Okay, this is not very mature of me, but I can't stop cracking up at Sister Azmaria's favorite spell on Cernan's chart. First of all, what Sister Az put is amusing. Second, the way the short column width cuts it off is even more amusing! :D
As for the travel groups, you do all recombine on the first day, so assume everyone is together now, and well into the journey.
Next significant game update will come later today! :)

Sister Azmaria |

Oh great I forgot what I put and I can't open it at work will have to wait till late tonight when I get home.

Elysium "Eli" Blackdun |

It's, uh, it's not anything that you put, exactly, as it's just the name of the weapon. It... it cuts off at an interesting point.
EDIT: Oh, and I definitely can't edit the spreadsheet from the link in the Campaign Tab, but I could from the Cernan's link in his stuff.

Natanja Ogenj |

I can edit my own link to Cernan's page (on my own profile page) but agreed the one on the Campaign page doesn't allow edits. I'm not sure why as I have the same URL and it should work.

Gotta say, I wonder what the townspeople and farmers we've passed think about this massive horde of angelic beings marching by who insist on giving them food and curing their sick without pay.

Elysium "Eli" Blackdun |

We're doing so well so far, you guys!
...
...
... for very obscure and exceedingly specific (and peculiar) uses of the word "well"! :D

Cernan the Patient |

We haven't taken any damage, so that's something.
Eh, next round all of us mages should be able to get off some spells.
EDIT: And, in happier news, Cernan has finally picked the last of his eleven languages! Although he may have to invent some secret battle languages to fill his slots and teach the party at level-up.
