About Vincent Del SolMale Human URogue (Survivalist) 1
--------------------
--------------------
--------------------
-------------------- Class Traits/Abilities:
Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: Rogues are proficient with all simple weapons, plus the hand crossbow, rapier, sap, short sword, and shortbow. They are proficient with light armor, but not with shields. Sneak Attack: If a rogue can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage. The rogue’s attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and increases by 1d6 every 2 rogue levels thereafter. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet. This additional damage is precision damage and is not multiplied on a critical hit. With a weapon that deals nonlethal damage (such as a sap, unarmed strike, or whip), a rogue can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. She cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack—not even with the usual –4 penalty. Finesse Training (Ex): At 1st level, a rogue gains Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat. In addition, starting at 3rd level, she can select any one type of weapon that can be used with Weapon Finesse (such as rapiers or daggers). Once this choice is made, it cannot be changed. Whenever she makes a successful melee attack with the selected weapon, she adds her Dexterity modifier instead of her Strength modifier to the damage roll. If any effect would prevent the rogue from adding her Strength modifier to the damage roll, she does not add her Dexterity modifier. The rogue can select a second weapon at 11th level and a third at 19th level. Hardy (Ex): At 1st level, a survivalist is already prepared to endure extreme hardships and environmental conditions. She can go twice the normal number of days without water and triple the normal number of days without food before feeling the effects of either thirst or starvation. This ability replaces trapfinding. Skills Details:

***Quick Character Details*** Name Vincent Del Sol
***Background*** Vincent had a rough life; his mother died shortly after giving birth to him. His father, never recovered emotionally or psychologically from her passing. Vincent would help his father at the Phaendar Trading Company when he turned 7. Vincent would load people's goods they bought, help the occasional passer-through with re-stocking. His memories of his father are bitter-sweet though. When not working, his father Jameson and Vincent would spend time outdoors, near the Southern Fangwood. His father would drink...a lot, while Vincent would play in the dirt and the bugs. Vincent's father died from alcoholism when Vincent was barely 9 years old. The small community banded together, and Vincent bounced from home to home, but he never really stayed for more than a few months at a time. He was never violent; or had outbursts, but was socially awkward to say the least. He continued to work at the Trading Company, until he was 14, when after saving for a couple years he bought basic survival gear, and headed out to where he felt most comfortable...the Southern Fangwood Forest. He read about basic survival, and applied basic trapping techniques to live off the land. He would trap badgers, rabbits, and other small game to live and occasionally sell back in town to make a few extra coin to re-supply himself before heading back out. It was a week before the Autumn Harvest, and Vincent was lucky enough to spot a stag. He caught the stag off guard, and managed to sling a stone into its ribs, but the stag gored him for his transgression. After a few more pokes with his long spear, the formidable beast went down. He skinned it, and saved the meat and trekked back to town when he was hoping the Tamran's caravans might like a fine pelt to turn into something nice. ***Physical Description*** Vincent Del Sol is a larger guy, standing at 5'8" tall. He has a semi-permanent 5 o'clock shadow. He is a little overweight, but he is built sturdily to handle the life in the woods he has chosen. His brown hair is slightly matted, and hides his emerald eyes. ***Personality*** Vincent is quiet, and doesn't speak much. It seems like whenever he tries to smooth things over, he just makes matters worse. He has learned that intimidating game in the Fangwood is sometimes better than fighting. He was fortunate enough to scare off a very hungry leopard once...something he will always remember.
