Eleric you find a secret door in one wall, you also see that the chest is locked but does not appear to be trapped.
Ortensia you get an image of an older man, dressed in priests vestments, he appears to have been attacked by large slug like creatures, he retreated here and drank two potions before leaving again and heading north towards a manor house, at this point the vision dims.

Hmmm...not only do we have to contend with these Dagon cultists and slum, but some even more loathsome slug creatures. One of the priests retreated here to recover from an assault before he headed north to a nearby manor. Perhaps their HQ?

Inside the chest are two elixirs of swimming, 2 potions of water breathing a fish boat feather token. There are also 3 statuettes of a bizarre tentacled beast,a vaguely humanoid thing with icthyic and batrachian features, and a crouching humanoid figure with an octopoid head and dragon wings. Each statuette is worth 500gp.

Eleric from the description you recognise the creatures as slugspawn, a part of a spawning canker which is in itself part of a dark young of shub niggurath.
The slugspawn are vulnerable to cold and are treated as an infestation. They attack from leaping from the ground and burrowing into the flesh. After 3 rounds it reaches the hosts brain and only remove disease can remove it without killing the host.

A pool of dark water takes up the entire northern portion of this simple room. A plain bench stands against the far wall. Neatly arranged on the stone floor are several bodies, each of which is missing its head.

She scanned the room with her mind while the others studied the corpses.
Cast Psychic Reading
On one of the bodies you find a ceramic egg which you can open to find the symbol of the Whispering Way and a scrap of paper which reads "Rider on the way with effigy. Meet at Old House outside town for exchange.
Ortensia as you concentrate you discover that the bodies were attacked by the slug creatures you saw in your previous vision. In this vision you see them attack the bodies and burrow beneath the skin, burrowing to the host's brain which they then burst out of a few days later, destroying the head.
You then see that the deaths did not happen here but in a large manor house and someone later took the bodies and laid them here.

This hidden chamber is decorated floor to ceiling with disturbing carvings of devilfish, krakens, octopuses, squid, and other bizarre sea life, as well as unsettling depictions of human women mating with strange fish-men from the sea. At the far end of the room, a semicircular pool of water stands before a large bloodstained altar. On the wall above the altar, a carving of a giant, unwinking octopoid eye gazes over the room, surrounded by sinister twisting runes. Standing in the pool is a large lobster-like creature has a thick armoured shell. A pair of tiny eyes gleams above a mouth full of writhing tentacles.
