At least I'm doing something. :) I feel like the skinny nerd with only a host of robots at his command. My rolls consistently fail. That, or I should have made 9 Small astral constructs instead of 3 Medium-sized ones, to have more options. My constructs have better stats than me!

            No no.
I only have 3 stances so far.
The golden commander one which makes it easier for people to flank since they only need to be adjacent to an ally who is threatening the same guy.
Running hunters stance which grants a +10 movement bonus and scent.
And piercing rays which just adds more damage.

Forgot you had reach, did a fly check (aerial acrobatics) to avoid the AoO, afraid not, she beat your CMD. If you want to follow her, you can keep the previous roll to hit on your action, which is up. Or you can duck down to avoid further shots.

Healing in battle is going to require us to do a lot of crafting in down-time. Connor can take the lead, with Gladiator's Gauze (PU) as the stabilizer and Psionic Bandages of Rapid Recovery (APG) for overnight healing. Roderick's got his potions-per-day of Natural Healing (3hp). But with Kyzin gone we've lost our tattooer again. Connor can do Body Adjustment (1d12 hp).
So the strategy is:
- use your own internal powers to do any healing you can before you hit 0 hp
- if you do get taken out, Gladiator's Gauze should stop/stabilize your hp loss to 0 hp
- someone else is going to have to get you to +1 hp
- you then activate your own stored/prepared/internal healing to get above 1 hp
That's the difference between having a Vitalist and not having a Vitalist. And no video-game healing from -0 or +0 to full, either. No Clerics doing a drum-beat on your back with Wands of Cure Light Wounds from behind you. Not without a lot of costly power stones and tattoos.
The good news is, at our level, healing doesn't have to just be "get them to +1 hp". Alys at least can use power stones of Body Adjustment, and Roderick can do better than 3 hp for potions of Natural Healing. We're running out of tattoos, or at least it will take us a while to purchase more. I suggest when possible purchasing the maximum you can afford, at the highest level you can afford, so we can bounce back from -9 hp to +4 hp or better. Connor's going to be crafting at maximum level for the healing Wondrous (Universal) Items, when possible. And now it looks like everybody needs at least 2 Gladiator's Gauze on them.
What this requires is Connor devoting nearly all his downtime to crafting each day. Which is par for the course for nearly all my characters, anyway.

Is there some reason Dorjes of Natural Healing ML 1 aren't an option? They heal 3 HP per charge, which is only slightly worse than the average for a wand of cure light wounds. We'd basically be paying 5 GP per hit point healed.

#1 You have to have the power on your psionic power list to activate a dojre, and mdt bent the rules a few times, but most of us don't have Natural Healing on their power list. And only one person (now no longer with the team) had a decent Use Psionic Device.
#2 Connor's still playing "scaredy cat" around magic. Since things have a tendency to go BOOM.
Our best option was a tattooer and Connor's multiple powers such as Cleanse Body, Body Adjustment, and Emphatic Condition Relief. But Kzyin was the replacement for our last tattooist, and he's gone now.
Once the Battle for Anshrin is over with, I think we can spend some coin on new tattoos.
It's time-consuming, but Connor making Gladiator's Gauze and power stones of Body Adjustment is not a bad plan. The Psionic Bandages of Rapid Recovery (APG) are for when we're holed up overnight and out of power points, which happened to me in a Legacy of Fire campaign. Roderick's potions of Natural Healing will be a lifesaver, especially if he augments them. What's the duration on those - permanent, or x/day for y hours?

In-combat healing is a perpetual problem. But only because we lack good, solid, control over our fights. We spend more time trying not to get shot rather than taking our huge damage to the enemy. Which just means we get shot more. So we end up needing more just to recover.
I'm working something out. We have the tools now more than we did before. It's just a question of implementation. Losing Kyzin hurts a lot as it means Connor's got to do a lot of heavy lifting.
So far the biggest weaknesses of psionics are really hitting home and I'm glad I finally have a character that can provide some very real if brief support. Rory is definitely going to embody the Golden Lion as things progress.
The differences in design philosphy between PoW and PU are staggering. Psions are too damn scared to share their powers with others unless it falls under the category of mindf*~&ery.
Meanwhile Path of War is like. "A teamwork feat for you! And a teamwork feat for you! Get thee behind me Satan and get some sick AC bonuses bro! Yo check the warlord he makes a will save against dominate and heals while regaining maneuvers because f++$ wizards! Yo warder bro how many attacks of opportunity have you made against orcs today? All of them! WICKED!"

When not trying to save people Connor can crank out one Astral Construct a round. The problem with the last fight was Alys landed in the water, so Connor had to keep her from drowning as well as drifting away. If she had just landed on a rooftop or on the street I think it would have been fine to just send an Astral Construct after her to tap a tattoo.
If we're pressed for time, I'm sure a shopping trip into town might be in order. Gladiator's Gauze costs 35 gp, Tattoos of Natural Healing (3 hp) are 25 gp. Otherwise it'll take 2 days to replace Alys' and Rory's gauze, then Connor can start on the power stones of Body Adjustment (1d12 hp, self only).
Obviously if you don't have Body Adjustment on your power list (2 Aegis, 1 PathofWar), you might want to spend just a little more than the others on those tattoos.
Connor's at +3 for the Heal skill, and I'm planning on putting more ranks into the skill as we level (3 more next level). That and Universal Item crafting is the best we can do right now. Dojres of Natural Healing or Body Adjustment just aren't cost-effective at our level if we bought them outright when only one or two people can use them. Synaptic Masks with Shards of Healing are an interesting skill bonus to consider, but not at their present cost (9,000 gp, Level 7). Connor will begin upping his Use Psionic Device skill as well.

            Helloooo!
Where is everybody? Connor's doing a heal check on Rory. Anybody else need mundane, slow-go healing? Plus, we've got a leak about the magic box on board. Time to get rid of the thing through some underworld selling, and I'm hoping you're not depending on Connor for the Bluff/Diplomacy/Knowledge checks!
Let's not have mdt fast-forward us just yet!

Adran took up his position as look out. If I knew you needed a face when I made a character then I would have submitted one as I post multiple times a day in all my games. I'm your sneak in, traps guy, look out. the current situation doesn't give me much to do.

Making a posting in all games I'm running and playing in.
For those who have noticed that the last 3-4 weeks I've been spotty and somewhat irritable, I apologize. There's a lot of work things going on, and also some RL things going on. As of this morning, the surgeons confirmed my wife needs a fairly serious operation, which is now scheduled for the end of the month.
I will continue to be here, but, especially toward the end of May, I'm likely to be very very spotty and cranky. Sorry in advance. Please bear with me.
If things get to the point where I need to place things on hold, I'll let you know, but I don't think it'll get there (assuming nothing bad happens).

I'm really sorry to hear about that your wife is having some ongoing medical issues. They're most definitely not fun (from experience) and I wish both you and her the best. Real life obviously takes precedence, so no worries in that regard. :)

No problem. I'm still trying to digest Rory's reply. I'm not against someone's alignment or keeping them from scavenging, Connor's trying to not touch mdt's automatic "you go to jail" button. Maybe if we had all been conscious at the end of the Stalmorta battle we could have looted the bodies and got some armor/weapons/loot, but I was more concerned about hit points and not running into another squad. You saw what happened when we took shelter - we got into a Mexican standoff in two rounds.
I'd like to accomplish our mission of learning about the magic underground here without losing anyone or any limbs. I think it will be more "fun" once we get deeper into the organization and trail them back to their jungle hideout or whatnot. But we have to maintain our cover on the Elephant. So, yes, we're splitting the party. You looters go have fun while Connor rolls Diplomacy repeatedly on the "hired gun girl" and her retinue of retainers. :) At least Hero will be with you so you can call back from jail. :)

            Post in all games :
Wife's surgery got moved back a day (scheduling issues in OR). Surgery was completed last night, went smoothly, doctor very pleased with himself. :) Wife awake and says even with the pain from the surgery it's a night and day difference in how she felt before, so good news on that front. I'm afraid I'll be busy again today, but hopefully will be able to get all games caught up and going again by end of week.

I need time to think of a way for Connor to decide whether to surrender or go with a little subterfuge. Rory's going for subterfuge. I'm squarely puzzled. Here we are in a "free port", complete with getting bamboozled on our way in, treated to a big show about "anything goes but violence", and now we're getting a Lawful Good situation. I was hoping to have time to get the magic box off of the ship and into the underworld gangster world before having someone like the Shore Patrol show up. But we missed that time window, it seems. If Connor has to endure any more truth-telepathy powers he's going to give away the 'tel Mintakia cover, and that's just not going to happen.
So listing the fun: crafting during downtime. Using psionics to get around magical traps. Using astral constructs as helpers, fighters, trap inspectors. Fighting as a team. Teamwork. Figuring out psionics' limits.
As for Connor's response. He's Chaotic Good because of the way he's been treated in the past. This was appearing to be a Chaotic Neutral port. We've got a Lawful Good situation. I think Bluff is in order. Whoops, Connor never got around to putting ranks into Bluff. So let's have some teamwork from those with a lot more skills in the Bluff area. Connor's going to stall. Peaceably.

Sorry, wasn't actually trying to spill the entire beans. I was giving a small part of the truth (we're looking for smugglers) and we have reason to (didn't specify). Then the parts about finding the box and who/why we're motivated to are left out. We find a box and hope to track it down and in doing so help her out. I was sleepy when I wrote up my post so maybe it'll look different in the light of day. :(
