Just out of curiosity, am I the only one who never got his July subscription shipment (it's included in my one currently pending order, with the August stuff)?

Los like paizo isn't looking at the customer service boards today, I have tried to cancel my subscriptions but I see they haven't responded to inquiries today for anyone, so just a reminder to Paizo, cancel AL my subscriptions ASAP, please do so before shipping August product, can buy AL but the card game here and have it a solid to weeks before I Wil receive anything you ship

Liz made some remarks on the Base Set product discussion set that sound like it's not only the Add-on Deck causing the hold-up, but that there are no Base Sets to ship to waiting subscribers either. Am I understanding this correctly?
At this point, can't you just put the card game stuff on back order and ship the remaining stuff, when it's probably unknown when the rest will be available. Hmm, on the other hand, though, that might cost me an addidtional $50 in shipping, so I better just wait.
Sigh.
EDIT: Liz cleared that up, she was referring to something different; Base Set are available. Well, ship it then, I say! :)

So this should properly handle most people who either had a label printed for a package containing the Add-On deck or who had a pending order held up for the Add-On deck. I am sure there may be a small number of orders that does not get handled properly and I will try to proactively find those people and resolve them by hand, however, if your order is still fubared once this script is done running, please let us know so we can fix it.
Because this process is moving items and recalculating shipping on a large number of orders, it may take a while for it to finish. I will update again when it has finished running.

I just got an email explaining the situation. However, it also says
You should already have received a new confirmation email for your order showing the Character Add-On deck and August promo cards moved to your sidecart.
I didn't get any such email, though.

I'd give it some time, it probably mass sends the email to the effected people then makes the changes in one huge, insane, soul-sucking, CR18 query.

I haven't noticed any changes to my order yet either. It might be a little soon yet. I was wondering about the Sleeve Displays which are part of my order. ARe those going to be need to changed postponed to September or are those ready to ship?

Just got the email about moving stuff to the sidecart and "you should have already received a confirmation email". Stuff is already in the sidecart, but I haven't seen the confirmation email yet.
The order still shows "expected to ship in late september or early october". :-(
Not impatient (much! :-)) just reporting what's happening here.
Note: This shipment includes both july and august subs. I sure do hope it ships before october.

Sara Marie posted above that it glitched and doesn't actually send the confirmation email. But if your order looks changed then you should be good to go I'd think. Hopefully you'll see the shipment email soon.

Sara marie, can you please cancel all my subscriptions, I'm especially not interested in the card game as I have no plans on buying the expansions. This is the third time I have made this request and really want it cancelled prior to being processed
I know y'all are doing all you can against insurmountable odds and I totally get that and utterly feel for you but please also cancel my subscription.

The Character Add on Deck and Promo's have been moved to the my side cart. I haven't been charged for my order yet and I haven't received any shipping notice. I also have ordered card sleeves which remain in my order and I am hope that the card sleeves don't delay my order further. So my fingers are crossed that maybe today I will receive a shipping notice?

First post - just wanted to give you a heads up. Amidst all the waiting I've been doing recently, my credit card was stolen. My order still says "Pending" rather than any sort of info regarding shipping/etc. Old card has been canceled, new one has been added to Paizo, and I just wanted to make sure it wouldn't sit at "Pending" forever. A bunch of people may be in the same boat, I don't know, but I don't know if a transaction was attempted on the stolen card or not.
Please let me know if I need to fix anything on my end. I know you're busy with other stuff! Just really looking forward to game. Thanks!

Mine was manually fixed a couple days ago, but this morning I'm also seeing a 2nd copy of the base in September. Not too concerned.

I started writing something saying that I received the email, but no confirmation email, and my status is still pending (which is totally reasonable)... then my phone vibrated AS I WAS TYPING to tell me I have a new email. It looks like my order is shipping.

Folks, the warehouse just got a bunch of orders dumped into their queue that are now ready to go. They've done a bunch of staging to make it go faster, but they *just* started in on these this morning. Please give them some time to ship these orders before you start worrying. I'll try to keep the thread updated on their progress.

I'm seeing the same thing. Started the subscription with the base set and character add-on and now everything has been moved to my side-cart, including the base set. On top of that, my associated order, Order 3250238, now only has the signing up for subscription in it, no products, and has been marked as "Complete".

I'd like to say that I appreciate everything your company does and I can only imagine the stress that you may have been going through with this situation. I appreciate the upfront information and the willingness to communicate with your customers.
My only grumble, which I'll suck it up and deal with it is, since the add-on deck is shipping later, I'm losing the shipping discount now. Oh well, it happens. I'll at least get my hands on the new book and game finally!
