Any idea what the shipping for the PF Battles case will be (just the case, no premium)?
Starting Monday. We had to have code roll out for the UK VAT (value added tax) and some other stuff. Orders are being created right now. My team has instructions to scan our inbox for Battles related issues since those are massive orders (both in size and in cost if someone is trying to cancel).

I got the auth e-mail for Pathfinder Battles, and the price was a bit of a shock because it got combined with my pending January order.
Yeah, same thing happened to me. I think this is the second biggest order I’ve ever placed. About a quarter of it is going to the USPS. :o
I hope WizKids isn’t too quick with releasing Starfinder Battles...

It's the second month that there hasn't been an update when the shipping slipped past the estimated finish date, and there hasn't been any update or explanation from customer service staff. It's exceptionally bad customer service, not to mention making extra work for Paizo, because there's at least one thread posted by someone still waiting to see if there's something wrong with their order since the final date has passed and their order hasn't shipped yet.
The whole point of the first post in these threads is to help keep customers updated on the order shipping progress, so not updating yet again is beginning to come across to me as being sponsored by the 6th and 21st letters of the alphabet.

For those keeping track of "shipping oddities:"
In two years of subbing I've never had a shipment split up on me, until yesterday. It looks like the new spell cards deck suddenly got ripped out of my order and shipped on its own... spawning a flurry of authorizations (4 of them, that happen to total about $6 more than the original spawn email). I got a separate email about the cards, themselves, saying that they were estimated to ship next Wednesday... but they're the only item that has activated in my Downloads profile now, so maybe they're the *only* thing that *has* actually shipped??
I'm not in any rush for product, so I'm definitely not upset or anything,.. but I am *very* confused about what all has happened, when it happened, and how it will all turn out. And I only live about a 3 hour drive from Paizo HQ... so I really feel for all the international customers, especially in the UK right now, that have these sorts of issues come up frequently.

For those of us whose January subscription orders got merged with the PF Battles orders, what is the expected end date for PF Battles shipping?

Interesting. Two shipments: the APG spell cards via Priority Mail, every else via regular mail. Both shipped Friday. The spell cards arrived today (Monday). There's no tracking data yet on the other shipment. <shrug>

More interesting stuff. I now have tracking data for the second part of my shipment. Apparently it sat somewhere in Redmond doing nothing over the weekend and was only entered into the system on Monday.. <shrug>

Create a separate thread in the main CS Forum if you haven't already. This thread will sometimes get a quick answer depending on who is reviewing it, but the only way to get a specific answer is to create your own post.

Just as a data point for others in the same boat.
My regular sub was authorised a couple of weeks ago. At the end of last week, my battles sub was generated and was “merged” with that regular subscription.
Today both the case and the premium figure were shipped out (in two separate shipments).
My January sub is still pending.

Just ran the organized play subscription order generation. I found out yesterday that there is going to only be one Pathfinder Society Scenario this month (2-11), and three next month (2-12, 2-13, 2-14).
Orders appear to have been created successfully, and we plan on running the fulfillment tomorrow.
I will try to take a look at the pending January orders, I was under the impression those that could ship had shipped.

My January sub is also still pending, but I suspect that it is waiting on the Age of Ashes dice because that item has a longer time listed in the description and has been passed from subscription to subscription since May. If waiting will lead to resolution, I'd prefer to wait, because I do want the dice and I do not want the longer time listed to delay next month's subscription.

At least from my perspective it is getting close enough that having waited this long, waiting 2 weeks and saving a little on combined shipping with next month's subscription sounds tempting.
I thought of this as well. I ordered the pocket edition core rules as well, and I'd really like to get a hold of that.

It's a pretty big bummer that we are past the estimated ship date, onto the launch date and there's still a group of us who haven't had their orders shipped. I don't even want it shipped, I'd just like to be able to read the pdf.
This happens most months to some subscribers. It is disappointing. :(

Same. I made a thread and they told me it was sending yesterday, but it's still pending. Please Paizo just a crumb of PDF that's all I ask for.

Yeah, I was hoping to have the AP PDF so we could start planning on who would run it on our West Marches server. We tend to kick off new plots at the start of the month rather than the middle :\

I received my Pathfinder Battles order and here were six minis (two huge and four large) that were broken. It's been a long time since I've had to deal with broken minis in an order and I seem to vaguely remember that the process has changed for getting replacements. Can some direct me to the process for broken minis?
Also this is the first time in years that I didn't get at least one of each mini in the set. I know it isn't guaranteed, but it is still disappointing.

I'm really sorry to hear that you received broken minis. You definitely aren't alone. I've now heard from or read about nine different people that have received their case, and all nine had broken minis. The minimum breakage number appears to be four, while the highest number is 12. Only two of the nine received a case and managed to get a full set, so clearly that's another issue with this new format.
Has anyone helped you yet? I believe you have to get in touch with WizKids, as they have a replacement program for broken minis. Prepare to wait a bit, as they are notoriously slow.
