Don't want to spark a big debate. Fair to insist that Pathfinder is its own game, but hopefully we can all acknowledge history, and we know its predecessor. With that in mind . . . . .
The D&D movies. The first one isn't great IMHO, but has some fun moments, and is a cult classic to some. The second (and I think mayber 3rd, 4th?) is actually surprisingly good. Not the best effects/acting in the world, but I was actually much more drawn into the characters, story, and campaign style dynamics as a whole.

If you don't have any issues or problems with watching anime, there's always the recently released Goblin Slayer movie, GOBLIN SLAYER -GOBLIN'S CROWN, subtitled only.
Best of all, you don't have to necessarily watch the entire Goblin Slayer series beforehand since the movie summarizes many of the highlights from there. Definitely NSFW (either movie or series) though.
Now if you had your heart set on watching the english-dubbed version of the Goblin Slayer movie, Funimation's got you covered but only until November 5th, 2020.
The subtitled version should still be available, even if the dubbed version isn't.

Any great fantasy film or series will scratch that itch; Jason and the Argonauts, Dragonslayer, Excalibur, Krull, Conan the Barbarian, Hawk the Slayer, Solomon Kane, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Last Unicorn, Fire & Ice, Willow, Game of Thrones, and Dungeons & Dragons 1,2,& 3!
If you want that "Pathfinder feel" ala Iron Gods, then just grab Heavy Metal!
As mentioned above, there are tons of great anime as well. Goblin Slayer (trigger warnings though!), The Record of the Lodoss War, Rising of the Shield Hero, Overlord, and others. Though most modern fantasy anime can't seem to break out of the isekai (video game) premise.

True dat on the trigger warnings stuff, PFRPGrognard; fortunately, I haz just the solution/solutions for all the folks out there...
(In going off of Pixar's "Monsters Inc." logic where laughter gives off more energy rather than screams...)
... Goblin Slayer Abridged videos; there's plenty of them out there and they're all NSFW too. Their quality/humor and your mileage/tolerance may vary, of course. ;)
Goblin Slayer Abridged (Goblin Slayer Parody) - Episode 1. Several episodes available; also has some minor & subtle Lost Omens Campaign setting references too. ;)
Clout Slayer Abridged (Parody) | One Shot | 2nd Gear Squad (2GS). One Shot episode. Fairly long, as far as abridged series go. ;)
Goblin Slayer Abridged - Episode 1. Several episodes available. :)
Goblin Slayer Abridged - G.o.b.l.i.n. S.l.a.y.e.r.. Appears to be a One Shot episode; very short, as far as abridged series go. ;)
goblin slayer abridged episode 1. Several episodes available. :)
Definitely not recommended for the terminally humor-impaired. Or the under-aged.
PS. One more last minute addition, GOBLIN SLAYER ON CRACK!, another NSFW One Shot episode; All previous caveats apply. ;)

Record of Lodoss War is a classic, and right up that alley.
I'm assuming you've seen Lord of the Rings, which is basically what D&D was originally based on.
Ladyhawke is just a cool movie, with Matthew Broderick maybe the youngest you'll ever see him. Rutger Hauer and Michelle Pfeiffer are in it too, what's not to like?

Much too simplistic.
Tolkien's Middle Earth had a lot of influence (half-orcs and halflings, definitely; some of the 1st Ed AD&D ranger class abilities, as well), but it was never the only influence. Many of the 1st Ed AD&D ranger class abilities were based on other sources, such as Jack the Giant-Killer. The cleric class was based almost entirely on Medieval church crusading orders. The paladin class, holy avenger, nixie, and troll, as well as the original Law/Chaos alignment system, were cribbed from Three Hearts and Three Lions by Poul Anderson. The magic system is from the Dying Earth series by Jack Vance ("Vancian" magic system).
The 1st Ed AD&D Dungeon Master's Guide, Appendix N, lists many more. D&D was a game that let you act out Conan, Elric, Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser, John Carter, etc. as much as Aragorn, Bilbo, Gimli, Legolas, etc.

As far as movies go, PFRPGrognard hit most of the high points. I'd probably add 300, Clash of the Titans, Raiders of the Lost Ark (more for the dungeons/traps), The 13th Warrior, and The Mummy/The Mummy Returns (again, more for the dungeons/traps, although there's are a lot that can be adapted).
