There have been times when I've gotten my email before 10 am or past 6 pm, or on a Saturday. Of course, those were the Before Times.
Yeah, I think the warehouse team often work after hours for us when things get truly manic.
I would guess this year that July/August are going to be a very difficult months for them - they usually sell a ton of new books at GenCon. I wouldn't mind betting that (with the closure of many FLGSes) many of those sales have been coming through paizo.com.

Well, what do you know, they shipped my mega order today.
Looks like they have someone working in the warehouse after all.
Unless they've all been replaced by Grays and they don't want us to get suspicious...
Either way, kudos to whoever is working today!
Of course, now comes the hard part, waiting the three days for my box to arrive.

My books won't actually get to me till next Friday. That said I'm excited for you all to finally get access to the APG. Also for those getting Omens...OMG so much stuff to digest.
I dont post this to tease, but to promise it is worth the wait you are going through right now.

I got my shipping notice on Saturday. (I've been toward the end often enough lately, this was a really nice surprise. Feels like winning the lottery! Except for the still-needing-to-work-for-a-living thing...)
I feel like I've barely read anything yet. A quick skim of the APG, a lot more time on the new AP (which is really good!)
Hang in there, folks, good stuff is coming!

I love priority mail, they arrive so much faster than regular mail.
Definitely worth the extra money for me.

I do UPS Ground cause I like having that tracking number. More expensive, but worth every penny to me.

My authorization went through today so I keep refreshing in the hopes that today is the day it ships. Usually it has shipped for me once it has hit this stage in the past, but there have been a few times where it took another day or two after getting authorized.

I got access to the pdfs at 8:52 EST last Thursday. My actual order didn't ship till Last Friday.

So subscribers should get their orders shipped by the end of this week right?
Probably, but not necessarily. Mine shipping inside the official window is uncommon.

so what should I do ?
Check your order history. If the order you expect is pending, you’re fine. Sometimes authorization emails fail for some reason. Some banks (mine is one of them) also don’t show authorizations/holds until the actual charge hits.

I have never had an authorization email from Paizo or my bank. I just get a shipping email and that is it

The Humble Bundle has quite likely seen a bunch of Core Rulebook orders pouring in as well - there's currently over 22,000 bundles purchased at an average of $24.17. Unless people are *massively* overspending on the lower tiers for charity, that's easily several thousand Core Rulebooks ordered and waiting to ship.
A bit of quick napkin (Excel) math shows about 9,500 bundles at the $30 level leaves an average pledge of $20 for the remaining - and if significant numbers of people pledged at less than $20, that just drives up the $30+ pledges. Now the top 9 contributors are averaging $132 between them, so there is clearly people over-pledging for the value and charity, but even being *super generous* and saying that's a significant impact - that could easily mean 8,000+ potential orders.
