So my (5) players made it to Katapesh and began doing all sorts of downtime activities, as expected. What I did not expect, was that they immediately went to the Coliseum and started the task Blood on the Sand.

They did really well in the qualifying round, and then quickly goaded the leader into a fight on the next available day. In fact, the Barbarian in our group bet their very lives on the fight as a wager against leadership of the guild. Only after the date was set did a player stop and ask "Wait. Are we really ready for this?" Long story short they prepared the best they could but the dice just were not with them that evening.

They are now in the hands of the Scarlet Triad, defenseless, and valiantly ready to face whatever fate awaits them (since they know they made this mess themselves). I'm currently looking at a prison break scenario at sea. But I was wondering, what would you all do in this situation? Is there something I could do that would be even more fun than a standard prison break game?

~Cheers

I'm honestly really confused about if Magi get 4 spells per day or more. Because the description lacks the bit about losing lower level slots (like the summoner has) and matches more with the wizard text that just gives more slots.

No, you're authorized. Just waiting on your turn to ship. When your books ship, you'll be charged and you'll also gain access to PDFs. Pending is where those of us pitiful souls milling around this thread all are, haha.

Okay, I was just worried because authorizations usually show up on my card for purchases. I guess I'll grab some tea and head back to hitting refresh on my browser.

July subscription authorizations should be done by now, so if you are still waiting for it, something has gone wrong.

I'm new to the whole subscription process, so forgive me. But my order says "pending" and I've not seen any charges pending against my card (which definitely shows authorized payments that have yet to be collected). Is there anything I need to do?

You're such a tease.

Has anyone's ship sailed?

Hi folks!

Shipping has officially begun! Thanks for your patience as we worked with tech to shake out some of the issues mentioned in this thread.

Wooo!

The book shipping before July 30th has been the one bright spot I've been looking forward to for weeks... Here's to hoping the gods of shipping look favorably on me.

I really enjoyed a Leshy bard (Polymath into Maestro because polymath stuff is just so good for skills.) If you are a gourd leshy with a pumpkin, take a champion dedication for heavy armor, and do some trickery with general feats you can be the headless horseman.

Will this volume have a full article/gazetteer on Katapesh?
Nope. We did an entire book on Katapesh, and it remains fully usable from the flavor side of things if you want to expand on this adventure though.

So where would one look for this information should they have only recently jumped into pathfinder?
