Hmm, would have expected more US Americans.

Make this eidolon German #3.

Another Canuck here. It looks like I'm the first one from the west coast, though. Abbotsford, British Columbia.

And btw, those noisy red-necked Alaskans upstairs are not nearly as bad as our downstairs renters...

Round on the ends and hi in the middle. (Although "high" might be more appropriate given our current heroin epidemic. Why couldn't it have been a heroine epidemic instead?)

Not for too much longer though, I plan to move to Canada. Not because of the political junk, I've been planning to move for years -just wanted to get my degree first.

Pretty sure the weather part is true for anything East of Ontario.

Not soon enough. :P

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

For any yanks thinking of moving up here, here's a quick primer: Alberta is Texas with snow.

America now, but this summer am moving to Sweden (Gothenburg to be exact) for the next couple of years, so I'm happy to see others on here in Sweden. I was disappointed to see no organized PFS in Sweden (at least no venture officers on the list), so this makes me optimistic about finding people to play with.

I happen to know Sissyl's got something (since she asked me for a bit of guidance with it a while back).

Another answer from Europe...

More precisely, Belgium.

I wonder if there's a way to pin all of these locations onto a map. Thoughts?

Meh. I could settle for Gustavus Adolphus becoming king of united Commonwealth Of Poland, Lithuania, and Sweden instead of Sigismund...

Brookline (close southwest suburb of Boston), MA. Yet another victim of an educational system that, among other things, doesn't teach geography very well (unfun fact: many years ago when a stream of rejections narrowed my choice of graduate school to Indiana University Bloomington and nowhere else, I didn't know where the state of Indiana was, when I flew over there for the first time; at least I didn't make the apparently all-too-common mistake that some other visitors have made and wind up in Bloomington, Illinois, which is significantly larger and also has a university).

"Geography classes" - PAH! Who needs those when you're a former savant who, at the age of 8 or 9, embarrasses Rand McNally by looking at one of their wall maps you were given as a gift by an uncle who was well aware of your fixation, only to quickly discover that they left the frikkin' Kerguelen Islands completely absent from the map, and so your dad helps you write them a complaint letter explaining the situation, and they respond by giving you a free replacement and an apology letter explaining that the last version of that map used that general area for an inset image of the Antarctic Circle, and when that was removed, they, uh...forgot to put the stuff underneath it back.

Guess they thought nobody would miss them.

I care! I care about the Kerguelen Islands, dammit! F$@& France for saying they own them, they should give them to ME!

I can see my house!

Canberra, Australia. The most pleasant city in the world to bring up a family.

Wellington, New Zealand, enjoying about the longest stretch of nice weather there on record.

Thanks for the map, David M! I'm amazed there aren't more dots in the western US.

Representing Berkeley, California, right across the bay from San Francisco!

Evidently you haven't been here in the past month. At this point it's everything east of Manitoba that has been oddball as far as the weather goes. Markham (just north of Toronto), Ontario, Canada reporting in.
