Aww, shucks. That thread had gone so far past ludicrous that I was starting to have fun with it. :]

It almost went to Plaid!

Everything you type from now on I will mentally hear in this voice.

I don't blame you.

Does this mean that you are Cher?

Does it mean that you are not Cher?

Is it possible to be both of those things simultaneously? Is there such a thing as Schrodinger's Cher?

Will 'Boiling Fianna' win the 2:40 at Doncaster?

This is a question I often ask myself.

Evidently, my FAQ button locked up another thread.

    I'm not surprised.

    {shrugs}

Do not concern yourself, citizen. You were not the ne'er-do-well responsible for that instance. This time.

Wait a minute, who the hell has jurisdiction here!

What's hilarious is to go to that thread now that Chris has done her thing.

It's a total, "You go, Paizo!" thread that gets locked in the middle of the love fest.

And I just like to imagine it that way. What really happened... is unimportant...

I honestly have no idea what happened, I was expecting to get at least five more pointless FAQs off that one.

Alas, now I'll never know if it was an open area or a sand box.

For what it's worth Thegreenribbongamer, I thought it was a fun and civil discussion unworthy of getting locked. :-)

But I did tune out for huge chunks of it, so I might've missed something.

Probably the only reason the Brexit thread hasn't closed is because no one in America can understand British.

From the comment, I suspect it's just "A political thread with comments coming thick and fast. Lock it! Sort it out later."

Yeah, I almost sent a PM to the locker like "D00d wtf?" but...I doubt that would do good.

I mean, geeze, one of the few times I'm not trying...

I expect it will be opened up again when community gets to it. I was looking forward to a discussion on spoilt votes, blank ballots, and under/over voting statistics.

Still isn't as bad as the Weirdmeggedon that hit PFS the last couple days.

And here I thought I'd finally created a thread that got locked. Ah, well, I'll try harder next time!

NEXT ON "PAIZO NEWS NETWORK" (PNN):

In a shocking turn of events, thirty out of the Threadlock Refugees thread's seven hundred and eighty two governors have announced today their intentions to bar refugees from the current wave of political threads from entering, once those posters' threads have been locked.

"These posters aren't bringing in civil discourse," says candidate for Threadlock Refugees Thread President, Kobald Krump. "They're bringing in politics, they're bringing in flame, and some, I assume, remember to flag and move on. We just gotta keep them from coming in here and getting this place locked a third time, just until we figure out what's going on."

Opponents to the measure have condemned this move as "immoral" and "hypocritical", pointing out that the most vitriolic threads are generally not the political ones, but those pertaining to more serious issues, such as whether the characters that swing swords in a fictional dice-rolling game are less powerful than the characters that make shiny flashy fireballs by throwing around bat poop and sulfur.

When pressed for comment, well-known moderator and three-time robotic golf champion Chris Lambertz might have said, "Well, I mean, it's not like they can actually ban people from their thread. Do they think they can do that? They can't actually do that. Also, didn't we lock that stupid thing, like, twice?" However, this quote is believed to be erroneous, as translation of her binary sequences was handled by infamous problem-causer Cosmo "Did It" Eisele.

More on this story never, as it was deemed so unbearably trivial our sponsors are threatening to pull the plug on this entire network if we don——————————————.

And now, on a non-partisan note, let us observe a moment of silence for one who will not be joining the Refugees tonight. I just want a thread to acknowledge this that isn't dominated by contention.

    Best of luck, Ashiel.

    Agreed KC Agreed.

Wonder how long the CY vs. KC thread will last.

I hope forever, I'm having fun, and I certainly don't mean any offense, as I hold KC in the utmost respect. :-)

Hmmm, I've got booze shopping to do Monday, trying to decide what is going to go well with a large bag of Skittles. Trying not to pick a bottle of Rumple Minze, because 1) that's too easy, and b) I can't drink that for 90 minutes without serious repercussions.

All I have to say is don't play the game where you drink every time there's a lie.
Unless you want to play against me and you'll take Trump. :)

And no drinking games with Rumple Minze. Ever.

Rumple Minze and I are old buddies. Nothing like the feeling when you're all pepperminted up and you can feel every molecule of air moving through you.

And no, I'm not playing any drinking game during the debate, because it would literally kill me.
