Nope, you can also call the number at the bottom of this page, that should get you straight through to a human being (or at least someone doing a very good vocal impersonation of one) during business hours (which again are listed at the bottom of the page)

If you're outside the US and the call will be expensive, consider using Skype.

All orders that could have their shipping labels batch printed have been printed. We batch print some labels during subscriptions to help speed up the shipping process. When your label is printed you are charged for your order and we can no longer alter things on the order or cancel it. You'll get an email saying "A package containing X item(s) from Paizo Order #XXXXXXX is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Tuesday, December 31 via..." The December 31st date is the last date we estimated these preprinted to still be shipping out. We have, in the past occasionally missed this date and I intentionally set this pretty far out to accommodate unexpected issues that might crop up. However, having the extra crew here over the weekend we made a lot of progress on subscription stuff and we estimate all of these pre-printed labels should be leaving the warehouse by Friday, December 20th.

The warehouse is chugging away at a mix of subscriptions and the backlog of sale stuff. I know the wait for many of you is anxious and I will try to keep providing updates of where we are at.

Canada 7-11 business days
Uk & Australia: 10-20 OR 9-36 business days

It might, but whether an order gets a batch printed label is also dependent on other factors. There are lots of people who only had subscription items who do not go through the batch label run for other reasons.

I just ask because the last few times I did get the email about going out in so many days even though I had added too said order and this time it seems that it has behaved differently. I was just wondering since you said all the batch printing was done.

Red Dragon Evolution was delayed in customs, and we're awaiting a revised release date from WizKids. It definitely won't be out in December.

Oh, boy, I hope my stuff gets shipped before the holidays begin. ^^


It is worthless to pay extra for priority mail shipping if Paizo can't even get the subscriptions out on time. You had the entire month of november to get the sale packages out. Now the subscribers are being punished for your slow speed getting the sale packages sent. If you could not keep up with the sale packages you should have ended the sale or hired extra help instead of delaying the subscriptions.


I'm a subscriber...my shipment got to my house on Tuesday late afternoon.

I use Big Brown [UPS] regular rates...took barely 2 days after UPS got it in their big brown vans...just a bit over a full day actually.

Priority shipping has nothing to do with when it ships. It has to do with how long it is in transit. Mine usually takes a day. (I live close to the flag pole).

I was finally able to run some numbers and we are in a much better spot than I thought we were going to be tonight. Most of the November Great Golem sale orders have shipped, though I've got some cleaning up of the last week of November to nudge anything along that is still pending. A huge chunk of the subscriptions are done as well. I'll make sure I update again before we close for December 24-25th.

Woo, my suscription shipped before the holidays! :)


I really, really hate UPS.

My subscription shipped on the 16th, but because the "Standard Postal Delivery" option goes through UPS first rather than just going straight through the USPS, I won't be getting it until after Christmas. This despite the fact that the estimated delivery date is tomorrow. And that's because UPS considers it "delivered" when they hand it off to the USPS.

So UPS sat on my package for a couple days, will hand it off to the Post Office today(Monday; probably right at the end of business hours), and then I'll get it on Dec. 26th or 27th. Unless the Post Office does one of their awesome Christmas pushes and gets it to me Christmas Eve.

I know it isn't really Paizo's fault, and I could easily fix it by not being a cheapskate on shipping and selecting Priority Mail as my option, but I just felt like venting because I really wanted the first of my new Modules subscription to show up before Christmas.

Still waiting.......... I always seem to be at the end of the subscription queue. Oh well, at least this time I didn't expect it to ship early. Hopefully I will get access to my PDF soon so I can read up before my Jan 18 game session.

The warehouse staff is currently shipping orders at in an expeditious manner, and from the looks of it we're making excellent time. The estimates Sara Marie posts each month are the most accurate estimates we have, and you should receive confirmation emails (and PDF access) as soon as your shipment is processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Well, there's finally a hold on my account! I've recieved an email telling me that my Inner Sea NPC Codex is expected to ship by the 31st, and I was able to download the pdf. The rest of my subscription items are still listed as pending, but from prior experience, they won't have long to go.

I'll admit, I've been getting more and more fed up of having to wait, but knowing my subs aren't far away now seems to have refreshed my patience somewhat. Curse the silly season for making everything slow...

The Exchange

Two weeks since my order spawned.... really hoping to get that shipped email soon so I can get rolling on my Wardens PDF. I really feel like I was lied to when I said I wanted to split shipments this month so that comics didn't delay my module and the email response said that I didn't need to be concerned about it. Possibly the last subscription month for me.


Any more updates to December Subscription shipping? My order spawned on the 11th, and I got a authorization on my card on the 26th, but still nothing has shipped...

Well, today is the last day of estimated shipping, so im keeping my fingers crossed. Its been a long, frustrating month.


My order 2912290 had an authorization since Dec. 12th. and again on Dec. 26th. When should we expect access to the pdfs at least?

If your subscription shipment is still shown as pending at the end of the night please start a new messageboard post here in the customer service section regarding it and we'll try to get any remainders rounded up and shipped out as quickly as possible.

Depends on the day in particular. Usually its roughly 7pm PST.
