Gotcha but it's still pretty frustrating when all I want is a simple refund. This is the first company I've bought miniatures from that caused me this much trouble.

I payed an extra $14.00 dollars for priority shipping and was guaranteed that my order would be delivered within 5 business days. However, now I am being told that it will take 11 days, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could refund me the fee for priority shipping.
I have made numerous attempts to reach you through email and have been completely ignored so at this point I am a little irritated and would hope this post is not ignored.

Never mind the money has already been taken out and my account didn't get as low as I thought it would so don't worry about canceling it thank you

Because of how long it has taken your company to even confirm my order I have now hanged my mind about the products and would greatly appreciate it if my order could be canceled I tried numerous time to reach your customer service department over the phone with no success. So hopefully this will get some attention

Nope, you can also call the number at the bottom of this page, that should get you straight through to a human being (or at least someone doing a very good vocal impersonation of one) during business hours (which again are listed at the bottom of the page)

If you're outside the US and the call will be expensive, consider using Skype.

Is this forum the only way to contact costumer support without getting an automated response

Is there a reason that you guys haven't pulled the money for my order out of my account yet? Do you wait until it ships from he warehouse?
Also I'd prefer it if those figures could be at my house by Wednesday afternoon after all I did pay almost $14 on shipping so that I could get my package quickly.
Hope this isn't to much trouble.
