Think of an absolutely ridiculous character concept that the rules of Pathfinder either just aren't meant to handle, were not the intention of the rules, or would utterly break the game. Must be at least mildly amusing.
To start:
Raptor Jesus (Awakened raptor with cleric levels.)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (Awakened dire turtle with ninja levels.)

Oh. I had some funny ones I made for Lemmy's Build Thread (a carpenter that uses the Battle Ladder to trip and beat people to death and a crazy lumberjack Ranger with a Ripsaw Glaive who has Favored Enemy: Plants because he things plants are trying to take over the world) but they're completely not OP and well within the rules.

There was one Epic game in 3.5 in which the Druid used Animal Companion and Leadership to get awakened monkey druids as a companion, a cohort and followers. Each of which also used Animal Companion and Leadership to get awakened monkey druids as companions, cohorts and followers. Each of which... you get the picture.
Aside from the hilarious legion of screaming and poop-flinging monkeys, one of the best parts was that you could make incredibly powerful Epic spells that required cooperative casting with lower level characters. While these were not completely viable in combat, you can imagine what a buff spell with >1000 casters looks like.

A baker's daughter who uses day old muffins as thrown weapons and a baking pan for melee.
She's a sweet, innocent young lady who just randomly flies off the handle and challenges people to fight.
Come to think of it, that's not too tricky to do systems wise. Still ridiculous though.
Yup. Monk of the Empty Hand
Flaming Muffins, anyone?

A Drow who grows up in the Underdark under his good aligned weaponmaster father, rebels against his evil society, runs away into the wilds, leaves the Underdark and befriends a motley crew of characters and proceeds to kill a 1000 orcs or something like that... Rediculous story.
System wise...
You make an effective Fighter/Barbarian/Ranger that Duel Weilds and doesn't use sneak attack. The official version was horrid.
P.S. Artemis Entreri was so much better. Build/stat wise he should have won every fight. On top of that he was a much more interesting personality and had a better story. He should have been the main character.

A dwarven barbarain that had a pachycephalosaurus mount. When they weren't adventuring for fun the dwarf would engage in headbutting contests with the dinosaur (both butting heads like rams in the center of town). His overall personality was a action before thought kind of thing and would be itching for a good fight.

:D
I have yet to put in paper so it's just a concept but I wanted to make a Summoner that summoned the pokemon Gible. As the Summoner levels up the Gible would eventually go through the evolutionary steps.
I imagine that this has been done to death, but still it makes me smile.

I have an 80 year old human female witch who wears platemail and towershield. She is missing her cod piece which she covers with a skirt. She specializes in non somatic spells and her hex of choice is the misfortune hex that she utilizes by lifting her skirt and showing off her glory. She has a 7 charisma for added effect. She isn't that healthy with her pustules and things.

Summoner whose eidolon is the Kool Aid man. Obviously he is summoned by bursting through a wall "Oh yeah!"
My friends and I once figured out a way (in 3.5) to have a medium character wield a Colossal longsword. So imagine this 6 foot tall guy using a sword that's 20 feet long. He had 5 foot reach.
I had a friend that wanted to make a desert themed witch for Legacy of Fire. A sand witch, if you will.

More along the lines of the rules, literally, requiring FAQ entries to be clarified, as there is nothing written down that explicitly tells you what the correct ruling is since RAI isn't obvious.

Wild Rager archetype.
Str and Con very high. Everything else low.
Maxed diplomacy, appraise, knowledge: nobility
He fights with a rapier and challenges people to duels on a regular basis.
Any time he suffers an injury, he rages, dropping the rapier and picking up whatever improvised 2 handed weapon he can find.
NEVER takes any of the feats or rage powers relating to improvised weapons.

Goblin Samurai and his horse companion.
The Goblin Samurai used to be a human samurai, and the horse used to be his druid lover. The druid used a resurection spell which brought the samurai back as a goblin. The druid used wild shape to turn into a mount for the goblin, but then found himself stuck in pony form. The goblin samurai often finds his new-goblin nature getting the better of him and bites the druid pony (a percentage die roll). The pony puts up with it because he still loves the samurai.

Although it's similar to a number of mine, this one isn't.
Ridiculous, fun, but technically within the rules.
Certainly not the intention, though. Definitely game-breaking. (The planar thing has already been debunked.)
King Bowser (a lot of options here!):
Land Walker Dragon Turtle (if you add the giant and advanced simple templates, you can get a decent Gamorrah-like creature, too)
Bipedal Dragon Turtle
(you may or may not need the Land Walker template)
Amalgam of a Dragon Turtle and a Fire Giant
A Fire Giant with the half dragon (dragon turtle*) template.
His kids just have the young simple template applied until they're the correct size.
Magikoopa is an adapt with a wisdom score too low to cast any spells, but a UMD that's high enough to use a specialized artifact-rod/wand that allows Enlarge Person to affect Bowser, and to conjure various foes for Mario.
As for Mario: he's a fat second level human ninja or fifth level human monk with maximum ranks in acrobatics, the rough and ready trait (using carpenter and plumber as his skills), and the catch off guard and throw anything feats. Luigi is similar. Their unarmed strike of choice is, of course, their feet. They specialize in disarming things with their feet as well.
All of the enemies in the game are wights (which hints that Mario may be a second level ninja, given that their touch insta-kills him), possibly with the toxic flesh special ability of a poisonous creature template (allowing him to be a fifth level monk instead). All of them have the mythic weakness (even if they're not mythic creatures) of "head stomp", "hammer", as well as "energy vulnerability: fire", except, of course, for the bosses, like Bowser. Dry Bones also have "cold" vulnerability (and very high fire resistance) and a variant of the mythic immortal ability that activates every few seconds instead of however long that one takes.
If his foes are poisonous, Mario's shoes, then, are likely poison-proof or poison-resistant or something.
Donkey Kong is an Awakened Giant Dire Ape. "Jr." has the Young template applied once or twice. Repeat for the rest of the cast. Vulnerable to hammers.
Princess Peach is a witch with the Fly hex and a Toad familiar. (GET IT?!?! Ohohohohoho! I slay me!)
The Toads are almost all commoners, probably plant-creatures. Maybe.
Goombas are flightless owls.
Koopas are kobolds with heavy plate armor in the shape of a turtle shell. Some come with special abilities (such as flight, complete with wings) or special defenses.
Spikies are advanced porcupines as noted above.
Laketus are a variant Giant template kobold with clouds as mounts (I dunno, I've lost enthusiasm for looking and linking, now) and the ability to conjure spikies from those clouds (it's a special ability that only works for Laketus).
Bullet Bills are sentient enormous bullets conjured into existence by the immobile, armless Canon Golems they're fired from.
And so on. :)
