What is the status on Pathfinder: Munchkin?
It was originally part of my October Sub (it's in my sidecart) as it is relesed this month, but now it's been shifted to the December Sub (since there is no longer a November Sub).
Will it be available this month after all in time to be added to the October Sub or not?
Steve Jackson's site show that it is not yet available.

Is there more than one set of Munchkin Pathfinder? Because the one I do know about has been available since GenCon in August. Besides playing it there after a friend of mine bought it, I know I've seen it at local stores since then.

Regarding Munchkin Pathfinder: There were a limited number available at Gen Con between Steve Jackson's booth and the Paizo booth. There were a few more available at New York City Comic Con over this last weekend, but I haven't heard anything with regards to an official release date. Since they are still showing as Preorder from our distributor our subscription order generation code did not add them into orders since it errs on the side of not delaying subscription orders.
Since the release of November items was pushed back to December, if you have it set to ship with your subscription, it won't ship until then. If you are hoping to get it in time for the winter holidays, I would recommend shipping it as soon as possible in its own order rather than holding it for subscriptions (email customer service or post in a thread if you need assistance in moving it).
Now, since we don't have a subscription shipment actually shipping in the month of November, if you read and understand the following risks, we can add your copy of Munchkin Pathfinder to your October order. Adding it to the October order will very likely delay the shipping of your October order until we have stock of this item and since we don't have Munchkin Pathfinder in the warehouse yet and we haven't heard anything about its release date we do not have an eta on when it will ship. If something happens and the arrival of the game is delayed to our warehouse, your October order will wait for it. Since its a third party product we have little control or knowledge over release dates and stock levels and arrival times. If you want to move you copy of Munchkin Pathfinder from your sidecart to your October order, email customer.service@paizo.com as soon as possible to assist you in getting it into your pending order. We will begin shipping orders in about 1-2 hours so you potentially have very little time.

Half of my Reaper Paints from my side-cart didn't get moved into my monthly shipment. Is this normal behaviour, because I really did need all my paints with this months shipment. They were all listed as in stock when I purchased them.
Those paints have "will ship from warehouse" estimates of 8-16 and 9-17 business days. The code that generates subscription orders determined that it may delay the shipping of your subscription order and so it left them in the sidecart. Things listed with more than a 2-6* business day estimate are ordered on a "as needed" basis from our distributor. It means they take longer to ship, but it also means we can offer a much, much larger array of gaming products than if we only sold what was currently in our warehouse.
*currently 2-10 business day estimate for items in stock due to the high volume of new releases being shipped.

Hey folks, quick update time!
We are pushing back shipping until tomorrow to clean up a few little issues that cropped up. We still estimate to finish by the 25th.
I did find some customers who did not get their subscription generated during the auth/order spawning. I'm going to be running those people through later tonight. So some of you may still see all your October items still estimated for December on your my subscription page, but that should be resolved by tomorrow morning.

My order just spawned, everything looks great - thanks all!
Alas, I spoke too soon. Very small problem:
This order contains the following items:
1 x Pathfinder #9 (paizo.com Exclusive) @ 3.19 = $3.19
1 x Pathfinder: Goblins! #3 (paizo.com Exclusive) @ 3.19 = $3.19

etc...
Pathfinder #9 and Goblins! #3 are the same item. Looks like the former spawned naturally with the current order, while the latter was shifted from the erroneous order spawned earlier.
If I do end up with two, I'll just add it to our local PFS prize pool. (Side note: just read Goblins! #2 - hilarious!)

Now I really want Paizo to work with whomever makes the Magic 8-Ball to actually do a Magic d20 version. 8^)
If you ever take a magic 8 ball apart, the thing inside it is actually already a 20-sided die, essentially, so it wouldn't take a lot of work... or else it would be a d20 inside a d20. d20-ception?

Sidecart, non-sidecart, doesn't really matter at this point. All new releases are tied up. My plan to attempt to manually process the battles is currently on hold pending a status update from the tech team.
I mostly meant in an, "Oh no, even more waiting than I'd expected," manner. But I know you and the other over at the Paizo end of things are trying your best to fix things, so I figured I'd keep the moaning to a minimum. :)

I have no idea if it'd even be possible, but with shipping proving to be such a hassle this time around, it'd be fantastic if subscribers could access the .pdfs in the meantime. :x
Knowing my luck, the systems are completely intertwined to make that impossible. xD
Basically, yes. We're all out of luck until they get the pugwampis out of the works. We don't get our PDFs until after our packages begin physically being put together, AFAIR. That takes the shipping system to be up and running, so it'll be Monday or Tuesday or whenever the coding gods decide to grant the request for a "Magic Circle against Server Pugwampis" spell.
