Got my stuff shipped and my PDFs unlocked this morning. Warehouse crew must have started early, and for that they have my thanks! :D

Got my "shipping" Email and downloaded my PDF today. Thanks Paizo team for your hard work this month. Hopefully the next AP subscription goes smooth for everyone.


Got my 'shipping' email at 8:17 am Pacific Time.

Yay! Thanks warehouse crew for working so hard!

Too bad I won't get home until afte 8 pm to download and peruse them... :-(

I'm right there with you. The delay might have something to do with adding a half dozen items since I got the "You'll ship soon" email on 10/15...

I hold myself blameless in the delays, though. I mean, even if those did cause the delay, Paizo made me buy those extra things... I couldn't help it!


Time for sleep here in the UK, so g'night subscription thread people, and fingers crossed for subscription orders to finish processing tomorrow! :)

I'm hopeful I'll get my e-mail today/tonight, as well. In the meantime, I've been sating my appetite by perusing the monster stats from the Bestiary 4 data set in Hero Lab. ;)

For those with Munchkin Pathfinder on your orders, we are waiting for our shipment of that game to come in. We expect it to arrive this week. If you would prefer to try and get your order out sooner, let me know and I can either put it in a new order or into your sidecart.

If it goes into your sidecart, it won't ship until the November shipment that isn't shipping out until December.

Just got mine too :)

Also, my map subscription physical copies (which I had split into a separate envelope when the subscription orders were first spawned to avoid problems with UK customs, and which were dispatched early in this months sub process) arrived today! That was only about 10 days in transit to cross the atlantic :)

Fingers crossed for anyone else still waiting!

Indeed! I get a contributor hardcopy in the mail, but I was every bit as anxious to see the PDF as you guys!

In the same boat as you Rhuarc. I'm surprised an update has not been provided (especially as matters of November/December subscriptions are being answered in other threads). Would think the pending October subscriptions would take precedence.

Sorry about that, some stuff came up last night just as I was hoping to check in with the warehouse and I was unable to chat with them before I had to leave.

The bulk of the subscriptions have been shipped (some were shipped last night and are in the mail to leave today). A few stragglers are still going out.

Customer Service and the tech team are working on trying to comb through the order processing system to look for orders that might have slipped through the cracks when the fixes for the shipping issues were applied. If your subscriptionorder hasn't shipped yet and you can't figure out why, (ie: you didn't add any items like Munchkin Pathfinder or other items with longer "will ship from our warehouse" times, or didn't have any payment issues) let customer service know by one of the following methods: email: customer.service@paizo.com, messageboards: by starting a new thread, phone: 425-250-0800 M-F 10am-5pm. We do have a pretty large customer service queue at the moment so thank you for your continued patience.

To ensure we see your question, please do not post order issues or questions in this thread.

Rhuarc and Chumpstyle,

I just checked on your orders specifically and they were in the category of orders that slipped through the crack in our earlier fixes. They are both in the queue to be shipped out. If you haven't seen them ship by the end of the day today, please let me know via a new CS thread or via email and we will get them shipped out first thing tomorrow morning.

Cool. Thanks much Sara. Glad we spoke up.

So are you all done, aside from these anomalies, with shipping October subs? If you are, I imagine their may be folks waiting/f5ing when they may be in the same scenario that Rhuarc and I were in. May save some frustration with a general all encompassing update on October subs. You may find more of these orders that slipped through in the process.

Just a thought.

I think everyone's October subs have shipped. If you don't know why yours hasn't shipped (ie payment failure that hasn't been resolved, or extra items that had longer ship from warehouse times, etc) please contact customer service so we can make sure your October Subscription order gets shipped as soon as possible.

If your order had Munchkin Pathfinder on it: our preorder has not yet arrived. We are ordering a small number from our main distributor to tide us over until our main order does arrive. They should be arriving Soon™.
