Will the subscriptions be released over the course of the day or should we be expecting 1 large batch closer to the close of business today?
Subscriptions generally take about a week to get fully shipped and out the door. We set a two week subscription shipment period for October in anticipation of the large number of new releases (estimating to finish up on October 25th). The warehouse has done a lot of preparation for shipping last week, even though we couldn't start shipping when we wanted, so we are sticking with our estimated finish date of the 25th for now. I will update if that changes.
Generally, we do a large batch processing for a chunk of the subscription orders. Those customers get an email with "your order is expected to ship by <date we estimate finishing shipments>" though it may leave before that date, (and occasionally be slightly after). When they get those emails, those customers get access to their PDFs as that is when the order is charged, processed for shipping and can no longer be altered.

I received such an email regarding that, but checking my bank account again shows that the charge for shipping was removed. Has mine been cancelled?

Make sure it's the second type (which should be accompanied by the card being charged and the PDF being available to dl)

Wow, this month's products are already available in my FLGS in Germany, while I don't even have my subscriber's PDFs yet. Weird, considering they normally get the stuff a week or so after I get the physical products here.

If they're already putting out this month's regular items, they have really jumped the gun. Street date isn't for another week yet (the 30th), and they're not supposed to sell them before then (at least in the States).

Hm, true. Well at least I got their email stating these products were newly available.

International distributors and stores are held to the same street date standards. If they are putting out Paizo new releases for October before October 30th, you can let our sales team know so they can contact the distributor to see whats going on. You can email them at distributororders@paizo.com.

Oh man I really hope I'm not one of next weeks. I'm going out of my minde waiting for the PDFs for the Bestiary and Blood of the Moon. Was planning on using them on Saturday....

Now I'm going to have a faint hope every month that my books have arrived, even without yet seeing my PDFs. :/
Actually, now that i see this, I tried to alter my shipment, but was told it was already processed. I haven't seen the shipping email either. Looks like something odd is going on.
Looks like some shipments are going to bleed into next week. They are running at full capacity and working as quickly as they can.

Parts of mine are listed as shipping yesterday, but I received no notification email and no downloads for the Paizo books that are listed as having gone out.

There still seems to be something weird going on. Now all my items show as 'Shipped on Monday', but I still did not recieve my shipment notice or my pdfs and the shipping costs are still zero.
Edit: I stand corrected, my pdfs have been added to my downloads - happy downloading customer here right now :-)
In all seriousness, is there any chance of the international orders shipping this week or are we likely to be waiting til next week?
I can deal with not getting it, just means I have to rejig what I had planned for Saturday night, so if I know there's a strong chance of that I can at least get started on it tonight.

As far as I can tell from several years of subscriptions being international doesn't put you to the end.

My order shows that the Bestiary 4 shipped yesterday. And everything else is still pending. Got no shipping notice or PDF granting. Also everything was to shipped together.

I also seem to have had my order ship without getting the email or my PDFs. My Order History page lists the overall order as pending, as are most of the items. Oddly, the Pathfinder Tales novel (only) is listed as "Shipped Monday". On the order detail page, there's a tracking link, which actually brings up details on the UPS site, saying they received the package yesterday.
I also have the "order partially shipped thing."
It says Blood of the Moon (and some sidecart stuff) shipped on Tuesday, but I can't download the pdf.

Seconded. The only wait being an international subscriber guarantees is to do with the shipping times (and sometimes the stuff arrives faster than the estimated minimum).
If you are having the issue where one item says shipped and the rest says pending, start a new thread or email customer service. I had the issue and SM fixed it very quickly when I started a new thread. Of course it is 5 now so no guarantee they get to it today now.
I'm a little bummed that it looks like I won't have my order until after I leave for the convention that I'm Game Mastering at...would have been nice to show off everything that's available for the Adventure Card Game.
Still showing as Pre-order on Amazon, with an available date of November 12th.
EDIT: Do you mean Adventure Path or Adventure Card Game? Because it looks like someone's broken street date on the Skinsaw Murders deck, although Amazon itself has it on pre-order still.
