Hi, Paizo!

So, I'm an old subscriber to the AP's and I recently came back for a Campaign Setting subscription. Eagerly looking forward to the new Taldor book!

Unfortunately, it looks like my sidecart is full of books that I've actually already received physical copies of - a long time ago, in fact. I wanted to see if those might be removed, since I obviously don't need duplicates and I'd rather they not hold up the newer books that I don't yet have.

I'm also unable to download the New Paths Compendium. :c

Just looked at my order page, and noticed that while Towns of the Inner Sea is tagged as Shipping, this month's AP installment remains Pending. I had hope they'd ship together. :x Is there some hiccup, or am I just being over-anxious? Haha.

I have no idea if it'd even be possible, but with shipping proving to be such a hassle this time around, it'd be fantastic if subscribers could access the .pdfs in the meantime. :x

Knowing my luck, the systems are completely intertwined to make that impossible. xD

I have an Adventure Path subscription and I've pre-ordered Mythic Adventures .. I remember this being effective from awhile back, so I thought I'd ask for the shipping process to be expedited? :x I'm extra anxious to get my hands on the .pdfs.

God, I feel whiny. Stop making such good products.

Nothing wrong - just extra anxious. I seem to recall that there's some wiggle room with when things get shipped out, and I was just hoping that I could get my copy of the Advanced Race Guide shipped out before the weekend?

I'm actually having this issue with my Kingmaker subscription - the Stolen Land was shipped March 31st - so, .. about twenty days total, Sundays included. Ha.

And sorry to revive this, but is there really no way to get it a little faster? One of the things I was most looking forward to was being able to read it in .pdf format while waiting for the real thing to get here.

Now I see it's available in standalone .pdf format and it's eating me inside! :[

The PDF becomes available as soon as the order begins to ship, since you have until that time to cancel your order.

We all await those shipping notices eagerly :)

Note: This is the second notice for subscriptions (after the first month). The first is a "In the next week or so we will be shipping..." courtesy notification. The second is the actual shipping notice. You should just get one though, unless you set #31 to hold and ship with #32.

.. Grrr. :[ That sucks for those people (and I imagine this applies to most of Paizo's clientele) that don't have any intention of cancelling their order!

I just began my Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription, beginning with Kingmaker: The Stolen Lands. I understand that this will be shipped to me, but was I also supposed to gain a copy of it in .pdf format?

As it turns out, the problem hasn't been fixed and remains now with all the .pdf downloads I get.

The .zip file appears to just be empty.

I'm using Windows Explorer for the .zip files, and Windows 7. Adobe Acrobat is my .pdf reader. :/

EDIT: This problem was solved by extracting the .zip file completely.

Sorry to bother you, but I bought the .pdf format of Dragon #307.

However, I downloaded it and it was an empty .zip file. I deleted the file and redownloaded it several times, but it is now empty every time. I tried downloading one of my other .pdfs, and it worked.

I'm stumped.
