Are games run by Pathfinder Society allowing Dhampir characters?
I know there are no evil characters. However, under the racial description it sorta states that Dhampir can succumb to their evil nature and many of them fight it. Thus they would get close to Nuetral as an alignment. All though when playing Pathfinder games I found an Asmir who was chaotic good.

Evil characters are not allowed in Pathfinder Society, period, so any Society Dhampirs must be at least neutral.
However, Dhampirs are not legal in Society without an increasingly rare boon for them. (Though if you have a really good boon to trade you can try the boon trading thread in the PFS forums.)

What you want is the "Graveblooded" race boon. It allows you to create one Dhampir character, so long as you own the Advanced Race Guide (and the Blood of the Night player companion, if you want to use any of the variant bloodlines out there).
Dhampirs can actually be of any alignment normally, even shades of good, but in order to become a Pathfinder you cannot be of an evil alignment.
