Well, I've decided to proceed on without Nate/Atticus for the moment. If he shows back up he'll be relatively easy to work back in shortly.
Just to let you know, for some things I will be using rules from the Swords & Wizardry: Complete Rulebook. If they had a thief NPC, for example, I'd use the Thief rules from that book. But otherwise, I'll stick to the Core Rules.
