Rob: Good to meet you at the con as well, and good to have you back on the PbP.
Everyone: As much as I liked the idea of a faster paced PbP I also enjoy putting a little more into the narrative and that takes time which is in short supply. I could throw up short little posts if you want and could move things a bit faster but I kind of like doing things a bit richer, giving the NPCs a little more depth. Let me know what you think.
With Rob back I think that fills out our party. Do you guys think we should recruit someone back in?

We have four (Monk, Cleric, Sorcerer, and Barbarian). I think we are good. From my experience pbp's seem to go better with smaller parties. Though it is sometimes nice to have an extra for when someone drops out but it should be easy to get someone from the community rather quickly if need be.
As for posting style, I say go with whatever you are more comfortable with. I like what you have done so far, so keep it up.

NO idea for a character, or class, or race, or anything. Not even sure if I could simple just wander in as this character?

Rules for new characters are on the first page, build a character, create an alias and post the character's stats on the alias page. If you need help with any of that drop me a line here or you know where to find me.
I'm half debating having you wait a week and use the final rules instead though. Alternately if you don't mind playing a cleric of Serenrae you can take over Rob's character. That would simplify things a lot.
Okay, I have an Alias. He's not finished but I would at least like to start using him in here.
At least this will give Ogre a chance to peruse the small amount I have done so far and give feed back.
Looking forward to getting into the fray with you folks.

Greeting! SO, I do believe I am as ready as I shall ever be.
Now I just await the tender administrations of our Ogre-meister to fill in/sort out a few details and 'plonk' my Noob-@ss down within the adventure and I shall endeavor to add my skills to the rest of the parties/groups own.

I have updated Ugh to PRPG final. I had to change very little but here's a summary of what changed...
Lost +2 wisdom bonus and -2 Intelligence penalty. So my wisdom based skills, and will saves are a little worse and my int based skills are better. Plus I gained a skill point which I put in to Intimidate. And I gained a language, I chose Gnoll.
Gained Intimidating which grants me a +2 racial bonus to intimidate due to my fearsome nature.
All my class features (that I have gained so far) have stayed the same as far as I can tell.
My Power Attack feat changed and I think is a little weaker but I still like it and it's still a prereq for cleave.
And that's it, I'm now very intimidating (went from a -1 to a +5) and it's good to have a social skill. I was kicking myself for not taking it earlier.
Looking again, I did not gain a language. I went from a -1 int modifier where I still had Orc and Common but no bonus languages, to a 0 modifier which still has no bonus languages.
Should gain some skill ranks. If you drop a rank into ling you can pick up gnoll
Lucius lost human martial weapon, but I didn't use it anyway.
Gained Corrupting touch's secondary ability as bloodline arcana, but charm person will still have to wait for me to level up to make the spell list, so that doesn't really change anything either.
Corrupting touch is now 7/day instead of at-will.
Will look over my Traits later to see if they changed.
Existing players can update. Here are the revised house rules for final. Shouldn't affect most things.
House rulz revised:
- 15 point buy
- Average starting gold
- Characters get 1 trait plus one campaign trait.

- I am using the "Characters roll everything" option from UA and the
- Critical hit deck including critical spells.
- Tieflings type is changed to Humanoid (tiefling)
