About Sunset

'Sunset' (As she prefers to be called by her friends) is a cheery, happy soul. Having grown up about the ports and harbors of (the Adriatic sea) she has earned a living, up until now, by working on small fishing boats and trawlers or by providing impromptu entrainment at the small local taverns in the hamlets where the ships would put in for berth.

Now, slightly bored of the sea (And always cleaning the salt from her hair), she has headed inland to see what the world at large holds in store for her.

Currently wearing: Her plain brown, soft leather armor over her plain shirt and breeches. A pale blue cloak sits easily on her shoulders. The fabric drawn about her neck and held in an artfully done silver clasp that resembles birds wings.
Her X-bow rests tucked in the crook of one arm. Her rapier lays snug across her back under her back-pack, with her Short-swords now sheathed upon each thigh. With her brace of daggers, worn about her belt (Two on each hip and two across the small of her back below her backpack)

Fixed to the back-pack by its scabbard straps and other leather lines is a long sword. The hilt of which shows the age and quality of the blade beneath.

Child Of The Sea: You have inherited the affinity of the sea/ocean from an ancestor (perhaps an aquatic elf)

Benefit: Gain a swim speed of 20 ft. You gain a +8 on all swim checks. Swim is always a class skill for you. You can Take 10 on your Swim check skills. You may use the Run action when swimming, but only if you swim in a straight line.
Special: May only take this feat at character creation.
Notes: Character does not gain the ability to breath water.

Okay, original feat is detailed in "Curse of the Crimson Throne's players guide" and goes something like this.

Shingle Runner: Grants a +2 bonus to Climb and Jump checks and allows user to take Climb checks even when distracted. If they fall, they reduce the total damage taken from a fall by 1D6

I was thinking of something along these lines.

Wave Rider: Grants a +2 bonus to Swim and 'Dive' checks and allows user to take Swim checks even when distracted. If they fail, they reduce the total damage taken from a (Um, well *scratches head* ^^;) by 1D6
