well but it will derail them a few moments while I figure what its their intend and do something about it

If you shiver at that, the other forms... I just don't know what your reaction to the other forms will be.

I just know mine was "Damn I'm glad they consider me one of theirs because of the way my mind works"

Jordan Fenix wrote:

They can use all those 'tacles at once so it won't hold them up a second.

But their intentions aren't that secret. I would tell you, but my account here would instantly be deleted backwards in time starting a month before the latest big bang.

You know, I could put in a good word for you. They listen to me. Of course, this depends on how... grateful you'd be for my help. Your choice, obviously.

Silly mortal creature, distance means nothing to us, us to whom the spell you call "interplanetary teleport" is a skill not even worth mentioning!

Come, my pet, our table is ready!

Getting back onto the subject of tentacles and aberrations...

More caroling cheer from a tentacled aberration

When you feel the need to make your own homemade plushie tentacled aberration

Looks like the DDM miniature's world got themselves some brand new tentacled aberrations introduces onto a battlemat

As always, see the mace-wielding lady if there's any problems with your eyesight after viewing.

I made a reservation for a random encounter table, just for the two of us. You'll like this one!

Jordan Fenix wrote:

That does that sign mean? That you have two handguns or taht you're dancing like a Hawaiian girl for me?

Anyway, I taught Bayushi everything he knew. Ever wondered where the Scorpion got the "lie by telling the truth, tell the truth with a lie" thing from?

Of course, I also sometimes tell a lie by lying, but in those cases it's usually true lies.

Anyway, your sceptic hesitation/arms show/sexy dance kept you here long enough for an allied priest to cast Geas/Quest on you, so my plan worked.

Jordan Fenix wrote:

Get with the nasty! Embrace the power. Just think of all the good you can do with so much power. You're strong-willed, are you not? Surely, with the help of your patron goddess, you'll be able to turn the power given by the Things to good.

And this is totally not an attempt to use you as a backdoor to your goddess, to totally corrupt her.

But incidentally, when you pray to her the next time, ask her if she thinks Zon-Kuthon is hot for no reason whatsoever.

Ah but now you can give up your life of servitude to an abstract "goddess" and instead incite men to obey your every command...as long as those commands come with the apropriate gyrations of the hip region. ;)

and there are higher causes than just that...

either way... I am ok with serving my not-so abstract goddess!

Ah my apoligize I did not mean to insult your faith...
*smiles as he steps closer* only that to our feeble mortal minds your Lady can only be comprehended in the abstract...now your armor offers not enough protection *produces two sea-shells* here take these enchanted shells you will find they offer great protection against tentacles or am I to understand that you like tentacles?

Not just tentacles. It is one of the immutable laws of physics that hot females' protection is inversely proportional to the amount of clothing she wears.

You'll get used to it. By the way: All drow are CE, so he's worse.

Moorluck wrote:

The tentacles are infinite. What about your endurance?

That won't work, for two reasons:

1. No shackles will stop me.

2. Those handcuffs actually kinda help her fulfilling the geas.

So you didn't consign her to a slow, lingering, painful death (which is what happens to you if you don't fulfill a geas)

The Exchange

Ahh there you are clown...
If you will bear with me you will find that I have a plan that will to benifit of all involved...well maybe not the tentacles but thats not really my thing...so the three of us can work together and become very happy or we can all lose out...except her...I think she'll be happy regardless ;p

And I'll have you know good sir that I'm a rogue drow...CN not unlike yourself.

Liberty's Edge

i don't believe in 4E "Always Chaotic Evil"

hey... how I am going to win here at all?

I am handcuffed, in so few clothes that it barely covers, with aberrations closing on me, having for "protector" a CN drow who is already selling me to save his skin... and a clown you has consigned me to a Geas against my will or die slowly.

now free me! or we would become really angry!

*feel one of the handcuffs being freed and for a moment feels hopeful until they pull her arms back and handcuff her again, but now her hands agaisnt her wall*

hey! don't do that! *looking pretty much flusteerd and red*

Moorluck wrote:

But drow always lie, so I don't believe you. And don't try that "in that case I'm totally CE" trick!

Jordan Fenix wrote:

It's not 4e always ce. It's drow always CE. Even LG drow paladins are ce.

Because.

Jordan Fenix wrote:

Go the path of least resistance. Give in to our desires. It's not an alignment violation, by the way. The C in alignments doesn't mean celibate.
