Berel Zenderholm reporting in ;)
Berel comes from one of Korvosa's noble families, the Zenderholms. He is known to be somewhat of an embarrassment to the family, having being accepted as a Novice to the Hellknights, but dropping out of their training after one and a half years.
He has generally been discarded as a failure, and the family has largely moved on, consigning themselves to paying for him in order to avoid scandal, but expecting little of him.
He seems to have made a rather drastic change to his life a few weeks back, linked to some kind of religious awakening.

Sun Fei is here too having recently emerged from her meditation to find the source of the drug dealers to whom she owes a debt of vengence.
I saw we had plenty of melee ability with this group, so I decided to go urban ranger instead to add some ranged attacks. Obviously, Inros will be going the archery route. Our 19 month-old daughter put up quite the fight going to bed tonight, so I did not have as much time as I needed to complete my character. So just the basic mechanic info is in the profile right now. I should have time to finish up the stats and, more importantly, type in Inros' character background tomorrow.
Hi here, Andreas is wandering the shadowy streets of Old Korvosa in his black long coat, a book under his arm at a crossbow at the shoulder.
Thelix woke up in a bad mood this morning. He has had a lot of trouble sleeping lately for some reason. Then he goes down to the forge to see whats on the agenda for the day. The pounding of hammers is not on his menu, so he agrees to go to market to purchase some new tongs, and hammers for the forge. He pockets his coin purse, and heads towards the market, grumbling and snarling his good mornings to everyone he passes.
Uhm, you might want to make a alias for the character. It is a little confusing to see another name in the "title".
I'd like to, but I don't know how to do that...Can you give me a clue.

Allarion wanders by, mutter softly to himself and occasionally looking up at larger buildings, cocking his head, then nodding vigorously.
Today is Inros' 18th birthday. As he does most days, he starts off going to the market where his younger cousin Tara disappeared almost two years ago. But he has another purpose today. He is going to spend the gold he has been saving. Inros decided he needs more than just his bow from his days up-river. He needs much more if he is to find, and deal with, the man called Lamm. The man who he believes kidnapped Tara.

Just finished up my character sheet. found a couple small mistakes and noted them. I've got the Guide. I'll figure out where Inros lays his head at night tonight.

Berel lives alone in an apartment suite in Cliffside, courtesy of his family. Its not huge or awfully luxurious, but he is allowed to stay pretty much regardless of (lack of) usefulness to the family, with the lost rent considered less galling than having to throw him out.
I've got the guide, but have only roughly read through it, without memorizing every detail.
What do you mean with "currently"? That would hugely depend on the time of day, day of week, and a lot of other factors. :)
I added this to Inros' description too...
Inros lives above his uncle's shop, in the Highbridge ward of Midland. There he shares a room with his older cousin Heath. Inros cannot wait to move out on his own, but he just does not know what he wants to do with his life. At least, he does not know what he wants to do after he finally finds his young, missing cousin, Tara.
Thelix has a bedroom in the apartment above his stepfathers smithy in the Midland District of Korvosa. Now that he has turned of age, he is thinking about an apartment somewhere, unless something better comes along...The shop is within a couple of blocks of Eodred's Walk, as they are a major supplier to Slicing Dicers. (I have the guide to Korvosa)
Thelix is currently walking the Gold Market, killing time before he buys the things needed for the Smithy... just shopping and socializing
Yep, I do have a copy of the Guide to Korvosa.
Andyr has a small apartment/flat in Old Korvosa, close to the bridges. His family, which he occasionally visits, has a house (plus his father's physician office) close to the Bank of Abadar). He roams quite often around the University of Korvosa area, hangs out in the library and in inns in the neighborhood.
Right now he is leaving home in Endrin Island.
I don't yet have the Guide, so feel free to put me in a low rent area with a small market. I'll be purchasing the Guide in the next few days...

Also, Allarion has a shop in a Guild district that has become run down due to his current lack of employment and suspicion by his neighbors that he murdered his wife. He's been searching for who might know more, but the only name that keeps coming up is Lamm.

Hmm, as much as i try, this game seems not to really work for me. I am sorry to say so, but it just doesn't really ignite.
I guess it's better to admit this, and spare you a wet blanket, rather than force the issue for a few weeks more, and potentially ruin everyone else's fun of the game.
If you want, i can let Berel exit the stage, or you can do so yourself

I sorry you are not having fun, that is why we are all here and if you are not enjoying yourself then you are right in moving on, I wish you the best of luck! If there is anything I can change that might make it more enjoyable please feel free to let me know. This adventure is just begining and its begining is kinda slow but after the first section is over it gets more interesting from what I've read so far. If its your character maybe we could change it to a new one or something! Its up to you!!!

I've been trying to find out just what is off for a while now, actually. While i am not so much involved in Paizo.com play by post games, I've got quite a few under my belt on other sites (rpol in particular). However, in this case i am drawing all blanks when i look for reasons.
My best guess is that it might just be the rather stiff pace, coupled with the intro scene nature of the thing. I usually prefer games where there are preexisting connections between the PCs.
