Hi guys, sorry I've been so quiet. I've been quite unwell and had a trip to the doctors and my husband has been really bad - he's injured his back and as such I'm helping him a lot and tend not to have the time to sit and work on a good post. Today is our wedding anniversary and we have a trip to the doctors planned to get the wound looked at whilst we await an appointment for him to have surgery. We are having dire luck this year!

Things in this pbp have been slowing down a lot over the last few months.... I want to know if that's anything I can help or just bad circumstances for different people.
Are you enjoying what's going on? Getting bored? Pacing too slow, or too fast? Too much focus on combat? Anything else at all?

im still able to post I just dont have a comp on sundays and like I said if im on a mission.
my computer crashed hard core (cries...) so I lost all my paizo downloads and I can only use my work comp now which doesnt have a copy of anything and cant download anything to it. gah... Ill try to keep up the best I can but I no longer have my spell lists and stuff. and for everyones info Im redeploying soon back to the states. so i will probably be gone for at 1-3 weeks towards the end of the month.thank the lord i have my character sheet. I just dont know what half my spells do or the domain lists. if anyone can email me that stuff at outpost_2@hotmail.com that would be awesome. but I will try to do my best without it. sorry for the inconvience.

A little bit of admin time...
I must admit, I've completely lost track of XP, and levels etc etc.....
I know a couple of people did some things a long while back that got them some extra XP, but I can't entirely remember who. Also, the characters that have come in a probably a little behind.
Could I trouble you all to post for me 1) Character name, 2) current level and 3) current XP?
Then I'll work out if we are all where we should be, or if someone has gotten behind and missed some XP or something....
I could probably pull all this from your avatar profiles, but I'd like to use it as a brief roll call too, just see who's still around and posting. I believe Saamar's player to be in transit at the mo, but I'd like to know where the rest of you are at.
We are getting quite close to the end of this instalment of the AP, and I'd also like to know what everyone else thinks about continuing. It's feeling a little sporadic at the moment, and I'd like to get back up to a faster flow if possible.

I believe the last xp we got was for the skeletons when we first came down here. That leaves the 2 derro, otyugh, and stirges that we have not received xp for. I think that's right but could have missed you giving xp for those guys.
As to continuing, I am definitely up for it. Got big plans for Reth.

Of course, Reth is always willing to continue with or without the rest of the crew. Probably get himself killed but hey at least it's closure of a sort.
P.S. He has a date with Cal's sister he has to make. She's probably getting impatient for that promised hippogryph ride.

It looks like it, Cal's player appears to have been overtaken by Real Life compleatly, I've seen her online once or twice, but she hasn't replied to email in a while..Malik's player has been seen posting on the boards in recent months, but not to the game in a good long time, and Saamer's player appears to have a dead comp, and also hasn't been online in a good long while. That leaves Reth and Ward....
Consider this a last call, I'm really disapointed that this is floundering so badly, even though I consider it mostly my fault; with a combination of Real Life troubles and my random postage recently, it's just all got a bit out of whack.

Hi all,
I may have posted a bit on the boards, but my posts for the last 4 months are still countable with all your digits.
So, what happened?
Many things happened at once:
1) My company has started blocking IP's (not yet Paizo, but I think it will only be a matter of time, but Wizards, EN World, Goodman Games, Green Ronin, not available any more)
2) My company is shrinking from 750 to 480 people. And it seems the IT is not spared, but gets a heavy heavy cut, too.
3) My fiancee had a small stroke on the 28th of May. She is now home again from 1 week in the hospital and 6 weeks in rehab. We were lucky. She has no paralysis, no memory loss, no speech impediment, but she still has bouts of dizziniess and her vision is missing a "sector".
4) I am getting more and more involved in the translation of Pathfinder to German. (Can't tell you more, but we are very excited)
5) We have moved into our new house, and there is still so much to do in and around the building.
6) My daughter's just been introduced into school.
If it would have been only one or two of those things, that happened in the last four months, I would still be posting happily as Malik in your game (which I love madly, Nevyn, you do a great job here).
As far as I can see, I may be able to post again more frequently, when the tumultous times in our company will have settled down a bit and my workload in the translation projects will be not as high as it is now.
So basically, I will have to drop (and realisctically already have dropped) out of the game.
I'd love to rejoin, when my situation's got a bit better.

By Hell, that's one not very nice set of months. My thoughts are with your Wife Oliver, I have an aunty who had a stroke, so I have a vauge idea of how scary that can be.

I entirely understand, and I think Cal is in a similar situation. If the game is still here when you get back to these things, you will be more than welcome.....
As far as that goes though, being three out of 5 players down makes it pretty awkward. If the two remaining want to do all the posting for the rest until out of the dungeon, I will be happy to carry on, and get us to the end of this chapter, then carry on with two players, and re-introduce the other characters if/when people are able to comeback....
How does that sound?
(We would have to take over mechanics for those characters as they level/convert to PFRPG etc, but I'd just allow original owners to re-build to their own ideas once they return...)
