That might actually be the number one creature I'm looking forward to, considering my love of Mesoamerican myth. MMCJawa said this version resembled a Spinosaurus, Rysky, does it have a sail?

Yes. And mouths. LOTS of mouths. Filled with teeths. It can make 5 friggin bite attacks a round.

I can tell you it was fun to write Arshea. It's a niche that we don't usually get to work with (at least not with a good-aligned creature).

Well, it started with this post about how the yaddithian looked like a Smurf villain.
People kept replying with the quotes in place, so the entire conversation was Smurfed, and then a contributor wondered what the Smurf was going on with all the Smurf avatars, so a few of us decided to Smurf the explanation to the point of Smurfing the Smurf to the Smurf.
Capiche?

She has her original art, though I believe I like her deity article art more. Loving her and the other awesome Horsemen so far :3

I love them.
Can you tell us more about them? Apparently they're fey, which surprises me. I would have assumed Magical Beast.

I love them.
They have sickles instead of feets, not bigass claws, someone literally taped/shoved some sickles to their legs. Or falcatas if you want to go statwise. They can also fly really fast and are pretty much immune to ranged attacks.
They're also dicks.
They like to chop people up. And they're really good at it. BUT when they chop you they can decide that you only get chopped or lose your entrails at a later date of their choosing. At any time. And it can stack this ability as many times as it wants. So you don't have the damage it does, so you can't heal it. Ifit keeps flyby swiping you over a day... And then the next day SPLOOCH. Instant gibs. Remember when I said they fast? Good luck getting a mile away from them.
They like doing this to force the victim or their loved ones to do horrible stuff, and then they usually kill the victim anyway.
They're dicks.

I love them.
And they are enormous jerks about that last ability. They were twisted fun to write, and I think fey really fits their mo pretty well.

I'm exceptionally happy with the new erodaemon artwork, and it's awesome to have the daemons from BotD3 show up in a hardcover Bestiary :D

Huh, Leng Hound. I was expecting more hound. But what I got is nice. Very nice.Those who want to know more about the Leng Hound should absolutely read Lovecraft's short story, "The Hound." It's one of my favorites of his shorter works.
